Bill Cosby Comments On George Zimmerman’s Killing Of Unarmed Trayvon Martin

Bill Cosby’s comments on George Zimmerman in regards to the Trayvon Martin case via CNN Transcript:

Candy Crowley: So you saw more a gun issue than a race issue?

Cosby: How are you going to solve a race issue when it becomes he said, she said or he said, he said? And the other question is, what is solved by saying he’s a racist that’s why he shot the boy? What solves that? This. [Makes gun symbol with hand] And what is he doing with it? And who taught him and told him how to behave with this? It doesn’t make any difference if he’s a racist or not racist. If he’s scared to death and not a racist, it’s still a confrontational provoking of something.

I don’t know what happened, but I know that this — I used to have a gun. The policeman who okayed it said to me, “Mr. Cosby, when you pull this trigger, you can’t call it back.” And so I had the gun in my pocket. And the reason why I had it was to protect my family. But I also knew that anything that went on outside–and it appeared to be something that wasn’t on the OK, I went out with my gun. And the thought was if this person is not right or if that doesn’t move when I say move, I’m going to show that I have a gun.

Cosby goes onto say:

“Cause people on drugs really don’t care, they don’t – they don’t think well, and they will kick in your door. So you gotta protect yourself in your own home. But I also believe that when you tell me that you’re going to protect the neighborhood that I live in, I don’t want you to have a gun. I want you to be able to see something, report it, and get out of the way because you happen to be a part of the neighborhood – I don’t want you to get hurt and I don’t want you to hurt anyone.”

Meet Mzbel, the Ghanaian singer who went naked for us

By Osagie Alonge
Culled from THE NET
‘Are you entertained?!’, Maximus the gladiator asked a startled group of spectators in the ancient Roman city of Zucchabar after he beheaded another gladiator in battle.

If he asked the same question to entertainment lovers across the world today, it’s almost certain they’ll reply, ‘Certainly not sir!’.

Little wonder today’s entertainers will go to any length to grab our attention; self-created controversies seem to be the fastest way nowadays – a naked picture here, a public scandal, or a major spat somewhere else – hopefully it won’t hurt, yeah?

It is with this same love and joy the sexy and sassy Ghanaian singer and show host Nana Ekua Amoah popularly known as Mzbel came bearing gifts for all and sundry in a photo-shoot which has now turned to a topic of debate on Social media and blogs.

The said photo (believed to have been taken in 2010) shows Mzbel (who was born on Boxing day, December 26) topless grabbing her boobs as the pair seemed to be grasping for air under her palms.

‘Mzbel, the hot Ghanaian hip-life mu-sic sensation born Nana Ekua, has proven why she is called ‘Queen of Sauciness’’, a blogger wrote about the photo.

‘Music came accidentally.I never planned to go into music but I’m now enjoying it so I’ve taken it seriously‘, Mzbel wrote on her website.

Mzbel is not new to controversy as in June 2011; she was reportedly arraigned for an alleged assault on a police officer.

Sex-for-grade lecturers of Sokoto State Polytechnic still defiant By Amiru Adamu

We are determined to use all legal and appropriate means to bring to an end the sex-for-grade policy of the polytechnic.

It is disheartening that weeks after this website blew the whistle on the activities of the sex-for-grade lecturers of Sokoto State polytechnic, no action has been taken by the state government or the school authorities.

Rather the new nauseating practice seems to be gaining more grounds because of the silence of the school’s authorities, which suggests their silent endorsement of the act.

It is unfortunate, that the authorities of the polytechnic have chosen to remain silent, an action that further confirmed my allegation of their complicity and incapability. The lecturers, under the protection of the people at the helm of affairs of the school, are still carrying out their evil acts with impunity.

I came to the conclusion that the lecturers are still raping and intimidating the female students after I met with Halima, the female student I interviewed before writing the first article. Halima said "though I have met with the head of department four times after my last meeting with you, nothing has been done to remedy the situation. The only sign of help came from a lecturer who intervened on my behalf, but later withdrew his offer of help because I refused his offer of intimate relationship."

When I asked her what she planned to do next, she said " I have decided to accept things the way they are, because the lecturer who caused my initial problem has threatened to see to it that I am withdrawn from the school."

Halima's case is just one out of thousands. The last article seems to have encouraged more victims of the sex-for-grade policy, to come forward with more disturbing revelations.

These revelations prompted the Northern wind magazine, which I represent, and other professional investigative journalist to dig deeper into the ungodly acts of the lecturers, the results of the investigation will no doubt bring to light the pain so many female students are going through in that school.

The report, which is at its completion stage, will say it all. We shall name names, show evidences such as recorded phone conversations, pictures and other related materials. We will also encourage the victims to come forward and testify against the lecturers, in the legal suit we are planning to institute in conjunction with some human right groups on behalf of the victims.

We are determined to use all legal and appropriate means to bring to an end the sex-for-grade policy of the Sokoto State Polytechnic.

I am using this medium to call on the authorities of the school to come out and make their position known. They should, as a matter of urgency, fish out the lecturers involved and hand them over for prosecution.

We are watching and waiting for action.

Secret Service Scandal: President Obama Will ‘Be Angry’ If Allegations Prove True

President Barack Obama spoke at a press conference with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos earlier today and said that he expects a “thorough and rigorous” investigation into the allegations of misconduct which have resulted in an on-going Secret Service scandal which continues to embarrass the United States.  Obama was quoted by CBS News having said:

“Of course I’ll be angry [if the allegations are true]“

While the president never specified the allegations, which have been confirmed by numerous media outlets, he did confirm that those individuals who have been placed on leave failed to conduct themselves at a level which is coincident with what is expected of agents representing the United States.  To quote President Obama:

“Obviously, what’s been reported doesn’t match up to those standards.”

For those who haven’t been keeping up with the unfolding U.S. Secret Service scandal, it is alleged that at least one prostitute visited with at least one agent.  There are additional allegations of heavy alcohol consumption for the duration of their stay.  According to a Colombian police report, which was taken as the incident involved a foreign national, a prostitute refused to leave the hotel until paid for services rendered.

Obama stated that if the allegations were true, you would be angry.  To quote the president:

“I expect that investigation to be thorough, and I expect it to be rigorous. If it turns out that some of the allegations that have been made in the press are confirmed, then of course I’ll be angry. [...] We are representing the people of the United States, and when we travel to another country, I expect us to observe the highest standards.”

What are your thoughts on the developing scandal involving prostitutes and agents with the prestigious United States Secret Service?

Secret Service Scandal: Prostitute Refused To Leave Until Paid

In regards to the Secret Service scandal involving at least one prostitute in Colombia, U.S. Representative Peter King says that a Cartagena prostitute refused to leave a Secret Service occupied room at Hotel Caribe until she was paid.

Secret Service spokesman Paul S. Morrissey said in a statement yesterday that 11 U.S. Secret Service agents, who were working with President Barack Obama to secure his arrival in Colombia for the Summit of the Americas, were placed on administrative leave after allegations of misconduct involving at least one prostitute made headline news.

U.S. Representative King, who also heads the House Homeland Security Committee, was briefed twice on the incident yesterday and says that visitors of guests at Hotel Caribe were required to be out by 7 a.m., however, one guest was not out by curfew and refused to leave after hotel officials knocked and requested that his departure.  After the hotel officials called the local police, the woman claimed that she would not leave as she was owed money.  The Secret Service agent then paid the prostitute and a police report was filed as a foreign national was involved.

King has indicated that 2 or 3 uniformed officers and 2 Secret Service supervisors, all with previously spotless records, were involved in the scandal.  ABC News quoted King today in an interview in which the New York Republican said:

“They were questioned all day yesterday at Secret Service headquarters.”

He went onto say that it was believed that all 11 had brought women to their hotel rooms in Cartagena, Colombia.  King’s staff “is going to begin an investigation” in which they will examine the procedures in place at the time of the incident in order to prevent a similarly embarrassing incident from occurring.

What are your thoughts on this breaking Secret Service scandal?

Nicki Minaj’s Dad Upset Over “Murder” And “Arson” Comments Made By His Daughter

In a recent interview with TV news magazine Nightline rapper Nicki Minaj said she wanted to “kill” her father when she was a child and now her dad has decided to speak out about his daughters comment, claiming that he’s not the violent jerk she has painted him as.

In her interview Nicki Minaj called her dad Omar a drug addicted alcoholic who threatened to kill her mom and went so far as to burn down their house at one time.

Nicki claimed of her childhood:

“I wanted to kill [my dad]. I used to wish he was dead … ‘We were afraid for my mother’s life because whenever he would have a real bad outburst he would threaten to kill her.”

Much like her claims that she’s going to take over the top rapper spot from Jay-Z various family sources say Minaj’s anecdotes are grossly exaggerated and although they agree her father had anger issues they say things never reached the level Nicki claims they did in her interview.

That same source says Omar had no idea that Minaj felt so strongly against him and that he was crushed that she chose to air her issues with her dad in the media spotlight instead of talking to him directly.

According to 3m360’s source her father says he loves Nicki very much and always will.

In the meantime Nicki Minaj continues her attack on everyone from Jay-Z to M.I.A. apparently her goal is too completely alienate herself from the industry that made her famous. Here’s the perfect of example of her attacks against other industry people, this time featuring Lady Gaga:

Tiny Fey Says End Of ’30 Rock’ Is Likely Close

While Alec Baldwin recently went on a tirade to trash Today and he has repeatedly said his time at 30 Rock is close to an end Tina Fey appeared on The View on Thursday and said the show will go on with Alec Baldwin in tow although the end is likely near.

According to Fey:

“As far as I know, he’s not leaving the show. We’re all in this together ’til the end. I think that he just maybe means that the end of the show — we’re in six years — that the end of the show is visible on the horizon. We’re all still on the show.”

Fey and Baldwin have already signed on the dotted line for a seventh season although NBC must first renew the show for another year before those contracts become valid. TV analysts believe the seventh season is all but secured and will likely be its last as 30 Rock has slipped to series low ratings.

Barbara Walters wasn’t happy about the decision but Fey put the inevitable decision in perspective:

“We can’t do this for 35 years. We’d love to keep going and see where everybody ends up, right? But you don’t want to see me with a gray stripe, eating a slice of pizza, going on dates.”

Fans of the show should definitely tune in on Thursday April 26 when another live show will air while Tina Fey promises that 30 Rock will be populated with new and former famous faces in 2012.  In what might be my favorite announcement Fey says another fake reality TV series known as Queen Of Jordan

Lil Kim Talks Upcoming Singles and Documentary, Maino Rumors

Calling into Chicago's The Morning Riot Show Tuesday morning (April 10), Lil Kim opened up about an array of topics from her rumored relationship with Maino to her upcoming music plans to the status of her "beef" with Remy Ma.

Having released a collaboration with Young Jeezy entitled "Keys To The City" in March, Kim revealed that there are more singles on the way. "We're going to throw out a few singles first so we can get everybody familiar with my new sound," she added.

Kim revealed other ventures as well, including an upcoming documentary and her publishing deal with St. Martin's press. Her book will detail her yearlong prison bid in 2005, which stemmed from lying to a grand jury about a friend's involvement in a 2001 Manhattan shooting.

When asked by host Tony Sculfield about being linked romantically to fellow Brooklynite Maino, the Queen Bee laughed, before deflecting with, "I plead the fifth. Ask him that when you talk to him." Rumors about the on-and-off couple first surfaced when Maino released a track entitled "I Still Love You," back in January.

Kim also addressed the recent trend of female emcees going to prison and despite their history of quarreling, she extended somewhat of an olive branch to incarcerated rapper, Remy Ma. "At this moment right now, anybody in prison, my heart goes out to them," she shared. "If Remy was like, "Yo, I need something..." I'm the type of person that would reach out and help her and when she comes home we don't have to speak."

But this empathic mood didn't extend to all of Kim's beefs. When asked if she had been in touch with Voletta Wallace, the mother of the Notorious B.I.G.. Kim vehemently responded, "Absolutely not. I have absolutely no relations with that woman at all." This originated from the 2009 biographical film Notorious, in which Kim took offense to the way that she was portrayed.

Lil Wayne Inks Four-Album Deal With Cash Money

Lil Wayne has become synonymous with the Young Money/Cash Money phenomenon that has swept up names such as Drake, Nicki Minaj, Mystikal and Busta Rhymes, and the rapper isn't going anywhere soon. Weezy just signed a 4-album deal with Cash Money records, he announced in an interview on new MTV show "Hip Hop POV."

The label, which he has been signed to since he was eleven years old, is reaping the sales of Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded which debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard 200 last week, and is set to gear up for Wayne's first album since last year's The Carter IV, titled I Am Not A Human Being II.

"Contract-wise, I only get paid for 12 songs. Maybe on a Carter album, you probably only gonna get 12 songs, maybe a bonus 13," Weezy said during the interview. "But on this I Am Not a Human Being thing, I really don't care... you're probably gonna get 16 on there."

Wayne also announced that he's working on an album of "love songs" - but in the Wayne style, not the typical crooners one might imagine. The album will be titled Devol - "loved" spelled backward - and was borne out of his preoccupations while serving eight months in prison in 2010.: Lil' Wayne Branches Out Into Shoe Business

With those two projects in the works - Birdman told Billboard in January that I Am Not A Human Being II is slated to drop "before summer," though a release date has still not been set - as well as collaborative albums with both Birdman and Juelz Santana on the agenda, Weezy may hit his four album mark sooner rather than later. Just don't expect the Young Money CEO to be jumping ship on the label any time soon

Beyonce's First Tweet Causes Social Storm

Beyonce** is the biggest gainer on this week's Billboard Social 50 chart, making a massive jump from No. 49 to claim the No. 17 spot after a frenzy of media activity and social buzz following the launch of the pop star's new Web presence.

The Social 50 chart ranks the most popular artists on YouTube, Vevo, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, using a formula that blends weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with weekly artist page views and weekly song plays.

The launch of the Beyonce's official Web site ( beyonce.com) on April 5 sent the social world into a tizzy. Her new site -- powered in part by Tumblr -- was announced the same day courtesy of the diva's first Tweet ( @beyonce). Her Twitter account had previously been the most-followed account without a single Tweet, with nearly 4 million followers. While Beyonce has had the account for over five years, she never said a peep until last week. And when fans have been waiting that long -- you know it's going to cause a stir.

Beyonce's site is ambitious for a Tumblr. Keeping in mind the visual emphasis that has made the platform so popular, the site features a photo-centric theme that is devoid of extraneous frills and side menus. A simple black arrow featuring a slide-out menu allows visitors to seamlessly navigate to Beyonce.com and the rest of her pages, which have all also been redesigned to fit the same easily digestable and visually appealing tone set by her Tumblr.

The overhaul also prominently features links to Beyonce's social properties, streamlining the fan acquisition process which resulted in a 114% increase in fan acquisition over the previous week.

Meanwhile, K-Pop sensation BIGBANG makes its debut on the Billboard Social 50 at No. 24. The group gained over 800,000 video views on YouTube last week (a 61% increase compared to the previous week) after releasing a series of live performance videos from their tour. BIGBANG's "Alive" was released Feb. 29 and debuted on the Heatseekers Albums chart at No. 4. The group's "Alive Tour 2012" kicked off in early March in Seoul Olympic Park Stadium and is set to take the band to 16 countries and 25 cities around the globe. BIGBANG is the first K-Pop act to appear on the Social 50 since The Wonder Girls appeared back in Nov. 2011.

Continuing the trend we've experienced over the past several weeks, two YouTube-oriented artists also make it on the Billboard Social 50 this week: singer Christina Grimmie re-enters at No. 25 and violinist Lindsey Stirling makes her debut at No. 29.

Stirling, who first made an impact after performing on "America's Got Talent," released the video "Skyrim" this week. The video, sharing the name and thematic elements of the popular video game, has garnered over 2,600,000 views on YouTube during the charting week.

Grimmie experienced a 20% increase in video views over the previous week, with her recent upswing in popularity likely due to the popularity of her new Disney-syndicated show "Power Up" which features tips and tricks for popular video games.

Elsewhere, Madonna experienced a drop from No. 14 all the way to No. 47 on the Social 50, coinciding with a 84% drop in album sales, causing the pop star to fall from No. 1 to No. 8 on the Billboard 200. The drop in album sales was reflected by a big drop in Madonna's social activity, with a 102% drop in fan acquisition, a 12% drop in plays and an 80% drop in profile views.

As for the rest of the Top 10, Justin Bieber, LMFAO and Rihanna retain their spots at Nos. 1, 2, and 3, respectively, and Taylor Swift remains steady as well at No. 9. One Direction continues to soar, moving from No. 6 to No. 4, while Katy Perry falls 4-5 and Lady Gaga rises 7-6. Nicki Minaj jumps 10-7, experiencing gains in Vevo plays due to the release of her new single, "Beez in the Trap," which has already garnered over 10 million views since its release on April 4. Finally, Adele falls from 5-8 and Skrillex falls 8-10.

D'Banj Lied About Buying Car For Don Jazzy--Wande Coal

The purported bitter war between Don Jazzy and D'Banj has suddenly taken a new twist.

If anything by Wande Coal, who might rightly be referred to a third party to the issue is anything to go by, then, his stand on this matter might as well create more controversies.

According to a tweet by Wande Coal, who many believed joined Mohits through D'Banj, he disagreed with the point raise by an email alleged to have been written by D'Banj to Don Jazzy that D'Banj bought a car for Don Jazzy as untrue.

His tweet on the allegation reads, saying that he (D'Banj) bought a car for Don Jazzy is wrong and untrue. Come onnnnnn. I can't take it any longer."

Wande Coal is presently in Dubai and may be in Nigeria very soon. Until now, he had been quiet on the rift between his former bosses

SHOCKER: Nollywood Loses Male Colleague Days After Prophet TB Joshua's Prophecy

The death fever that has rocked the movie industry since seems to have resumed its break after the death of Gringory in February 28, when it last happened.

According to news that just broke, Nollywood has lost one of its own to the cold hands of death, 3m360 confirmed.

This time, it is a movie director named Taiwo Bello. Taiwo died today after a battle with cancer.

Taiwo once worked with Funke Akindele in one of her movies.

Just some days ago, Prophet TB Joshua prophesied that Nollywood will soon lose one of its players

Mo’Hits split latest: D’banj, Don Jazzy in war of words

Warring founders of Mo’Hits, Don Jazzy and D’banj, are throwing barbs at each other as they move to divest their investments and interests in the label, a confidential email correspondence between them has revealed.

If you are one of those who still think that the fallout of Mo’Hits founders, D’banj and Don Jazzy, is a rumour which will dissipate in no time, you probably still live in the past. In fact, in order to make the future safe from the past, the duo is already formalising plans to share their assets especially on the ownership of the mouth-watering Mo’Hits catalogue comprising all D’banj’s albums (No Long Thing, Rundown Funk U Up and The Entertainer), Wande Coal’s Mushin to Mo’Hits and The Mo’Hits Crew All Stars’ album, Curriculum Vitae among others. Thus, as you read, Mo’Hits is only waiting for legal certification before it is pronounced dead. And the pallbearers are already waiting in the flanks to ferry the remains of the beloved label to its final resting place, bringing to a painful end the reign and run of the successful label.

In the meantime, the Mo’Hits crew has been divided, as the two figures in the unfolding drama are moving out with their different disciples: D’banj’s younger brother, K-Switch, understandably, goes with him while Wande Coal, Dr Sid and D’Prince have settled for Don Jazzy. The future of the label’s artiste manager, Sunday Are, is unknown. Long before the separation became public knowledge, D’banj and Don Jazzy were no longer on speaking terms, an authoritative source tells E-Punch.

Neither do they see eye to eye. In fact, at their last concert in New York in February, they only met on stage because each artiste had his own cubicle. Rather, they communicate via email only when necessary. In a confidential email correspondence between the former collaborators, exclusively obtained by E-Punch, the sordid details that might have led to their break up are veiled, but the bitterness-laced correspondences are open about their claims for the assets of Mo’Hits especially the catalogues of all the artistes.

D’banj must pay all the debts of Mo’Hits – Don Jazzy

In regards to D’banj’s claim for 100 percent ownership of all songs recorded under the Mo’Hits imprint, the acclaimed producer in an email on March 17th, states, “That Mo’Hits Records does not already own 100 per cent of the songs. Note that Mo’Hits Records only owns 60 per cent of the songs and 40 per cent belongs to the individual artiste. So, 40 per cent of the songs is not mine to give.” He continues, “That me (I am) giving him (D’banj) my share of the catalogue does not and will never include him having the right to stop them (the artistes) from performing the songs or give him the right to claim any monies for live performances of these songs. And any loans or debt owed by Mo’Hits records as at today will be cleared by Mr D’banj as I am clearly not aware of any.”

Don Jazzy states further that the catalogues he is releasing to his former partner only consists of songs already released in an album exempting new singles and unreleased materials. “So, songs like Wande Coal’s Go Low and Been Long You Saw Me are not part of this catalogue he is receiving. Also, an artiste like D’Prince, not only has he not released any album, he has not signed any contract whatsoever with Mo’Hits Records. That he has no right to claim any monies for deals that have been brokered already as at today with the catalogues or stop their usage. It is important to note that any unreleased songs done by any artiste (including D’banj and K-Switch) MUST NOT be released and is not part of the catalogue I am giving away.”

He adds, “With these few points, I do hope that you all realise that I have been generous enough to facilitate the End of the “D’banj & Don Jazzy” era as a team. After this new deal has been signed and sealed, I do NOT look forward to seeing an email whatsoever or hearing from the DKM (D’banj, K-Switch, Mo’Hits) crew, and all is well again.”

Will you return the Bentley I bought for you? – D’banj

Same day, D’banj responded to the email, stating, “In case he (Don Jazzy) forgot, this is the arrangement! 50/50—–song writer/ production, which means for a song X for artiste Y, 75 per cent as per production is fully owned by Mo’Hits and writing is shared 25/25 with the individual artiste co- writing. So, that’s the deal! So him (sic) saying 40 per cent is not his to give away is more like 75per me and 25per each artiste.”

He then asks, “What do you mean by any bills or loans would be cleared by Mr. D’banj? That will never happen because when I ran the company, I ran it perfectly and well. So, if I give him my shares he is left with 100 per cent liability. My catalogue is everything that has been done with the Mo’Hits system and under the normal agreement we have, that means everything I have recorded or that has been recorded whether new or old, or even classic, whether beat with concept or even idea without beats, anything we did as a team and sponsored by me throughout, then, it is mine. Including K-switch clause and all mine and even Wande’s singles and all till the date of signing even today.”

Continuing, D’banj writes, “And now, (I) wanna clear the air on this Samsung deal! I would expect by now that you understand that me keeping quiet is being GENEROUS because this is a deal structured under Mo’Hits Records, (and it is) the first deal and income you would ever bring into the company in eight years. We shared the first 150k (One hundred and fifty thousand dollars) the right way, 1/3 down and that was cool. But after you collected another 130k and did not say anything (that) is and could be described as theft! I only refused to contact them (Samsung) directly because of your reputation. But please don’t call me a fool and let’s know who is generous!” D’banj was not coy about his anger. He states that after sharing over N1bn with Don Jazzy in their Mo’Hits days, he was shocked that the producer would now sideline him when he got the balance from Samsung.’’

D’banj writes further, “Please, please, will he (Don Jazzy) return the Bentley because I bought it for him and it was N5.2m more than mine? And Prince that he claims has no signed contract but is actively involved and signed via engagement– I win his catalogue too – all recorded whether released now or not! This is because no one questioned me when I bought D’Prince N11m naira car (LR3/Range) without releasing any album just to boost the image of the boy and it worked for him! So, let’s get the facts straight, I AM BEING MORE THAN GENEROUS.”

Good music deal and other issues

After Don Jazzy inferred on twitter that the end might have come for Mo’Hits, E-Punch reliably gathers that D’banj was prevailed upon by close friends and associates not to talk despite being aggrieved that his lifelong friend had painted him black before the public. But the hyperactive entertainer, the source says, may have reached his tether’s end and any moment from now would reveal to the world all that went wrong between him and Don Jazzy. Part of what he will talk about, E-Punch learns, will dwell on the genesis of their separation and the point at which Don Jazzy advised that they did away with Mo’Hits and concentrate on their GOOD Music deal. “It was D’banj who prevailed on him that even if they were going to concentrate on their deal with Kanye, they didn’t need to do away with Mo’Hits,” says the source. When the deal with GOOD Music sailed through, Don Jazzy was signed on as a producer while D’banj was the artiste. By virtue of how the American music system works, producers are only meant to be heard not seen. So, the source says further, “Kanye and D’banj and the other guys were always going out leaving behind the producers, including Don Jazzy, which didn’t go down well with him. After some time, D’banj noticed this and to placate him, he bought both of them a Bentley each. Further, he also bought a house in Atlanta, equipped with high tech studio equipment so that Don Jazzy could be working mostly from their new home but he was not appeased as he felt that he was being outshined by D’banj.”

On the other hand, Don Jazzy allegedly told his close associates that the reason he decided to part ways with D’banj was because of an alleged arrogance which was impacting negatively on the other artistes. Long before Mo’Hits evolved, they were friends before becoming partners, putting up with each other’s shortcomings but fame and money have combined to becloud their tolerance of each other.

Exhausted man cries for help from balcony after his one night stand partner demands too much sex

A desperate man got more than he bargained for when he embarked on a one night stand.
He was forced to escape onto a balcony before calling police for back-up after his new-found lover refused to let him go - because she wanted more sex.

The 43-year-old struck up a relationship with the woman, who is four years older than him, in a bar in Munich, Germany, on Monday night.

The man was forced to escape onto a balcony and call police for back up after his lover demanded more sex

According to German news site The Province, she took him back to her apartment where they had sex several times.

But when the woman demanded more, the exhausted man said no.

A police spokesman said: 'He complied with the woman's wishes another few times so he could finally leave the apartment.

'But when she continued to refuse and demanded even more sex from him, he fled to the balcony and alerted the police.'

If that wasn't enough, when officers arrived she even tried to lure them into her den.  She is now facing possible charges of sexual assault and illegal restraint.

A man in Utica, New York was arrested yesterday after reportedly trying to rob three local banks using a toilet plunger as a weapon. He was unsuccessful. We're not sure how he expected this to go down, but hey, we just report this stuff.

According to The Huffington Post, the genius, 49-year-old Lawrence Deptola, entered all three banks with the same threat: Either hand over all the money, or he'd come at everyone with a plunger. He was nabbed by cops easily, since no one was afraid to call 911 because a toilet plunger is a lame weapon. Seriously, what did he think he could do, suction everyone's faces off?

Deptola gave the cops short chase, but in the end was put under arrest and charged with attempted third-degree robbery. Good going, bro

Intruder Arrested for Sneaking Into P.Diddy’s Hamptons Mansion

A New York man has been accused of breaking into Sean "Diddy" Combs's East Hampton mansion, where he apparently he ate food, drank liquor and wore the rap mogul's clothes.

The New York Post reports  quamine taylor of Queens was arrested at the sprawling home on April 1. He's being held in the Suffolk County Jail on trespassing and petit larceny charges. The unemployed 30-year-old has not posted $2,000 bail.

“I’ve actually been going to the house from time to time since 2001,” Taylor told NY Post.

“I stay there a lot, but Sean gets funny sometimes about me staying there,” Taylor said.

In his first break-in, Taylor tried to pass himself off as Combs’ cousin when cops found him intoxicated after he took a dip in Combs’ pool.

This time, Taylor spun a story that he was a close personal friend and even convinced a security detail of the lie when he accidentally tripped an alarm in the mansion.

“He grew up listening to [Diddy’s] music,” Taylor’s worried mom said. “He has a long history of mental illness, and he has been off his meds for a while. We have been trying to get him some help.”

Taylor said he only went to the house for some much needed R&R.

“I really didn’t go to Diddy’s house because I’m a big fan of his. I just wanted to get out of the city for a while. I was actually hoping to stay like 15 to 17 days,” he said.

Baby making factory discovered, pregnant teens rescued

The Nigerian police have raided an alleged illegal orphanage where they rescued young women thought to have been forced to bear children with the aim of selling them, a spokesman said Friday.

“We discovered the baby factory in Uruah local government area of the state during a raid following a tip-off,” assistant police superintendent Oyekachi Orji told AFP of the operation in southern Akwa Ibom state.

He said seven women between the ages of 18 and 20, including three who were pregnant, were freed from the home during the April 4 operation. No babies were discovered.

Three suspects including the owner, his wife and another accomplice were arrested, he said.

“The suspects usually lure young girls to get pregnant with a promise of 70,000 naira (340 euros, $445) after having their babies, which they sell to ritualists,” he said.

A number of such “factories” have been discovered Nigeria, often intending to sell children to childless couples.

Human trafficking is widespread in west Africa, where children are bought from their families to work in plantations, mines and factories or as domestic help.

Others are sold into prostitution, and less commonly they are tortured or sacrificed in black magic rituals.

Morgan Freeman: No, I’m not marrying my step-granddaughter

The rumor mill has been churning with this one for quite a while, and now Morgan Freeman has issued a statement denying the gossip that he’s planning on marrying his step-granddaughter.

Back in 2009, the National Enquirer ran a report that he’d been seeing his step-granddaughter, a then 27-year-old E’Dena Hines, for 10 years, and the rumor continued this week with the claim that Freeman intended to marry Hines.

On Thursday, the Oscar winner went on the record about what he called “fabrications” regarding his love life.

Both the 74-year-old star and Hines — the granddaughter of Freeman’s first wife, Jeanette Adair Bradshaw — released statements refuting the claims.

“The recent reports of any pending marriage or romantic relationship of me to anyone are defamatory fabrications from the tabloid media design[ed] to sell papers,” the twice-married “Million Dollar Baby” star told CNN in a statement.”What is even more alarming is that these fabrications are now being [picked up] by the legitimate press as well.”

E’Dena Hines told CNN that “these stories about me and my grandfather are not only untrue, they are also very hurtful to me and my family.”

Freeman and Bradshaw divorced in 1979 after 12 years of marriage, and he and second wife, Myrna Colley-Lee, divorced in 2010.
