The $400,000 Rolls-Royce Wraith is a car with no rivals

The Rolls-Royce Wraith quite unlike any car in the world. As the adage goes, "A Rolls-Royce is a car you don't drive. It's a car in which you are driven." That may have been this case during the days of "Downton Abbey," but things have certainly changed.
With the two-door Wraith, you have a Rolls-Royce that's designed to be driven — and driven at high speed. Don't be mistaken — the Wraith isn't a spritely Lotus-esque English sports car. If you're expecting a bigger Elise with a leather-lined cockpit, you will be disappointed. On the other hand, it's far from a grand luxury limousine. This Rolls falls somewhere in the between the two extremes.

Russia is preparing to sanction Turkey in response to its downing of a Russian warplane earlier this week, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev announced in a televised cabinet meeting on Thursday, according to the BBC.
"The government has been ordered to work out a system of response measures to this act of aggression in the economic and humanitarian spheres," which may include "limits or bans" on "foodstuffs, labor, and services from Turkish companies," Medvedev said.
The sanctions "could bite into more than $30 billion in trade ties between the two countries, as police here began seizing Turkish products and deporting Turkish businessmen," The Washington Post's Andrew Roth and Karla Adam wrote on Thursday.

Or what if it’s something that you have no business using now so it damn well wouldn’t help you in the future? Have you ever wondered if you could hoard things that are intangible; holding on to things like thoughts or ideas? Well I am guilty, guilty of hoarding the most precious intangible thing; emotions. Yes, I was once an emotional hoarder. It is human nature to hold on to emotions that you once held from a past relationship because of the false hope we all have that our love will come back into the picture. This may seem harmless but it is not! Just like the people on the show Hoarders need an intervention, emotional hoarders do too!

Dad who killed paedophile for taking pictures of his children avoids jail
Dad-of-three Devinder Kainth was sentenced to six months after admitting the manslaughter of Sandro Rottman at a restaurant in the upmarket resort of Sotogrande, Spain.
But the sentence is to be suspended as he made a deal with prosecutors – and first offenders in Spain are normally not jailed unless they are given two years or more.
And it emerged Kainth, an estate agent, may even end up being let off with just a fine after his lawyer appealed.
A source said: “Mr Kainth feels aggrieved as prosecutors offered him a suspended jail term replaceable by a fine.
“He agreed but the judge said the law had changed and the swap was off. Now he wants the deal of a fine he was offered.”Rottman, 43, died in hospital after the attack in the Spinnaker Restaurant. Kainth, 39 – out for a meal with partner Gemma Hawkins and their children – turned violent after finding snaps of his kids on the computer programmer’s iPad.
Rottman, a German was facing trial at the time over child porn on his computer.
Judge Raquel Gomez Sancho, who sentenced Kainth after the deal, ruled Rottman’s health problems from heavy drinking had contributed to his death.
