MSNBC Pranked By Fake Soldier Claiming Howard Stern’s Fart Brought Down Malaysian Plane — See Shameful Video

This is awful.

On Thursday, MSNBC was pranked by a man identifying himself as a soldier who claimed to see Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 brought down… by Howard Stern’s fart.

Really.

The terrible moment occurred live on air, when broadcaster Krystal Ball was conducting a phone interview with an eyewitness supposedly named “U.S. Staff Sgt. Michael Boyd.”

Ball asked what could be seen from the ground in Ukraine, and the person replied, “I was looking out the window and I saw a projectile flying through the sky, and it would appear that the plane was shot down by a blast of wind from Howard Stern’s a**.”

Shockingly, Ball didn’t pick up on the comment until the caller went on to call her a “dumba**.”

As Gossip Cop reported earlier, nearly 300 people were killed in the crash, which is believed to have occurred after a missile strike.

It should go without saying that tragedies like this should never be made light of, but apparently reminders are still needed.

Passenger on Malaysian plane posted pic of plane before boarding 'in case it disappeared'

A haunting photograph of flight MH17 (pictured left) is believed to have been posted on Facebook by a Dutch passenger just moments before he boarded the doomed plane.

The plane, pictured on tarmac, took off from Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport at lunchtime today and was shot down hours later on the Russia-Ukraine border in an 'act of terrorism', killing all 295 people on board.

Cor Pan, who is listed on Facebook as living in Volendam in North Holland, uploaded the picture of the aircraft with the caption: ‘If it disappears, this is what it looks like.’ Continue...

The comment is believed to have been a reference to Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 which disappeared while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on 8 March.

After seeing the photo friends initially went along with the joke and wished him a good trip, but their messages quickly turned frantic when news of the crash emerged.

Posting underneath the picture they asked whether his flight was the one that had gone down and said that they were praying that it wasn’t true. 

His cousin later posted the flight number underneath the picture and wrote: 'Turns out our cousin Cor was on this plane.’ 

Friends and family members began to leave touching tributes to the Dutch traveller, with one posting ‘rest in peace’. 

Their posts also suggested that he was on board the plane with his girlfriend Neeltje Tol.

One said: ‘Rest in peace Cor and Neel this is surreal, with sympathy for family and friends.’

Another posted: ‘Terrible and unfair. Rest in peace Cor and Neeltje.’ 

Mr Pan, who lists himself as 'self-employed' on his Facebook page, is thought to have posted the image through a window at the boarding gate, just a few minutes before getting onto the flight which took off at 12:15pm in Amsterdam. 

The plane has the words Malaysia emblazoned on the side and appears to be being refuelled.

A total of 151 Dutch passengers are believed to have been on board the plane.

Family Tragedy:Mum & 2 pregnant daughters all widowed after husbands die in plane crash

A mother and her two pregnant daughters have all been left tragically widowed after their husbands died in a plane crash in California on July 6th.

The three husbands, Doug Symiczek, 49 (centre), Kyle Parton, 29 (left), and Jacob Griffiths, 32, (right) were on a small private plane when it crashed into a mountain in California. The men had taken a morning flight to enjoy breakfast at their favourite cafe but on their way back home around 9am, the single-engined plane got in to difficulties and crashed in to a nearby mountain & exploded on impact. The girl's mum, Kim, had been married to their dad (pictured on top) for 30 years. So they lost their husbands and dad same day. The dad had been piloting the plane that morning..and owned the plane.
