Parents: Andy and Kim Murray have had a baby daughter, the couple's first child
Andy Murray has become a father after his wife Kim gave birth to a daughter, the couple's first child.
The tennis star had promised to fly home from the Australian Open if his wife went into labour during the tournament, and after losing in the final he said he would be on 'the first flight home' in an emotional message.
The Murrays' daughter was born on Sunday night, according to reports.
The baby girl, whose name has not yet been revealed, is the youngest member of Britain's foremost tennis family.
Mr Murray's brother Jamie won the Australian Open doubles championship last month, while his mother Judy is a successful coach who captains the British women's tennis team.

The new parents have been together since they were teenagers, and they married last April in Mr Murray's hometown of Dunblane before announcing the pregnancy in the summer.

P-Square Star’s Paternity Dispute: “London Baby” His First Child, Says Family Source

Elshamah Igbanoi and P-Square's Paul Okoye photographed together at a show

The paternity controversy between Nigerian music star and entertainer, P-2 (real name Paul Okoye), and a beauty pageant contestant and model, Elshamah Igbanoi, has taken a new twist. 3m360 first broke the news that Ms. Elshamah was stuck in London over unpaid maternity bills after giving birth to a baby boy she said was fathered by Paul.
A close relative of Mr. Okoye’s has contacted 3m360 and asserted that the baby born by Ms. Elshamah Igbanoi, a former Miss Plateau State, is in fact the musician-entertainer’s first child. A few weeks ago, P-Square had thrown a party in Atlanta, Georgia to welcome another baby born by a different lover of his.
Our initial report about the musician’s paternity dispute with the former Miss Plateau went viral. However, Mr. Paul Okoye has kept mum, even though some blogs reported that his public relations claimed that the paternity report was a “hoax” and even an “April Fools’ joke.”
A family source close to Mr. Okoye, known as “P-2” in the hip-hop musical duo P-Square, said the music artist was aware of Ms. Igbanoi’s pregnancy for him about the same time another lady, Anita, became pregnant for him. The source disclosed that the baby born in London is in fact Mr. Okoye’s first son, since he was born on April 7, 2013, three days before Anita delivered another baby in Atlanta on April 10, 2013.
However, while P-2 was in Atlanta to announce the birth of Anita’s son, he abandoned Ms. Igbanoi to her fate in the UK. In our earlier report, we disclosed that the beauty pageant contestant’s hospital bills of more than 5000 pounds sterling were yet to be paid. We also reported that Ms. Igbanoi had received several demands for payment from Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital on Du Cane Road, London W12 0HS where her baby was born.
3m360 obtained several photographs indicating that Ms. Elshamah Igbanoi attended the burial of P-2’s mother on August 2, 2012 while she was already pregnant for him.
The family source lamented that Paul and his team members were out to portray Elshama as a groupie who was after the musician’s fame and wealth. “We know her to be a responsible lady who trusted Paul,” said the source. He added: “She had been with him since she was 17 years old.” Ms. Igbanoi is now 19 years old and third year law student at the University of Jos.
Elshama’s parents are successful lawyers in Nigeria, while she is a third year law student at the University of Jos.
Ms. Igbanoi is still in London and is now in an apartment with her new-born baby named Mishel Paul Okoye.

This Beautiful Baby Was Found Under A Bus In Lagos Today

An MDB reader sent me the pictures of the beautiful baby-pictured above- found today under a bus(Danfo), at Johnson  Ikumola street, off Arababa street, Idimu, in Lagos.
The child was immediately taken to the hospital for thorough medical examination, because he had suffered from severe mosquito bites before he was discovered.
See how beautiful the baby looks? Its really sad that anyone will give him up in just like that, regardless of what the situation is. Imagine if the baby had gotten into the wrong hands...I can't even begin to think about what could have happened.
As at press time, the child is said to be with the welfare department of Pipeline police station around the Idimu axis.
While some are throwing babies away, others are praying for the fruit of the womb. Ironies of life!

Dear Nigerians 8 Months Old Baby Oluwadara Needs Your Help To Live

                                  Oluwadarasimi
The joy of every parent is to see their children energetic, but the reverse is the case with Mr. and Mrs. Fadayomi, whose eight-month-old baby girl, Oluwadarasimi, needs 2.5m to treat the hole in her heart.
Baby girl Oluwadarasimi, who is the only child of her parents, had undergone a Cataract Surgery, when she was three-months old which cost the family about N375,000 before her breathlessness ailment.
According to her father, Charles, she was detected to have  congenital heart disease when the mother, Mojisola, had an accident on her way back home from the church months ago.

Charles narrated, “When she was three months old, we found out that she was not seeing, so we took her to a hospital where she was confirmed blind. To correct this, we were told that she would  have to go through eye surgery (Cataract Surgery) which costs more than N375,000. This put the family in a big problem that we had to borrow money on the condition to repay in double.

“Not quite long, when she was four months old, her mother had an accident with the baby on her back. She was taken to the hospital because she was injured in her leg. It was there that the doctor detected that the baby was breathing very high. The doctor, then, recommended that we take her to Massey Children Hospital, Lagos.

“When we got to the hospital, we were further referred  to Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, where we had several tests for her, including echocardiogram. She had to be given oxygen for weeks, because her situation was  becoming worse. Now, the doctor told us she has to go through surgery in India which will cost N2.5m. The doctor said it is urgent and I don’t know how to get it.”

He added, “The cause of the hole in her heart is what I don’t know. I could remember there was a time the doctor asked if the mother was smoking, and I said no. None of us smokes or drinks. We are Christians and our home is built on  the fear of God. I attend  the Redeemed Christian Church of God and by the grace of God; we will never compromise to the bad act.”

Sobered with his experiences of how children die of similar ailment at the hospital, the father cried  for help. He said he had written letters to some of his church members, but that could  still  not help the situation.

“I passionately appeal on behalf of our only and darling Oluwadarasimi to Nigerians, philanthropists and organisations to rescue us in this excruciating, distressing and heartbreaking situation that befell the family.”

Describing how she felt when she heard that her daughter had the ailment,  the mother  said, “The agonising and sorrowful news that our eight-month-old baby girl has a heart problem, came to us so shockingly and almost unbelievably, yet with faith in God who has promised to be our help in times of trouble, we seek comfort.”

To render assistance, the family can be reached on 08121621371 or payment can be made into the GTBank Account Number: 0117999175; Account Name:   Fadayomi Charles.

Baby found alive after 12 hours in morgue

AN Argentine woman who insisted on seeing the presumably lifeless body of her premature baby found the infant alive in the drawer of a hospital morgue.
Authorities say the girl had spent 12 hours in the refrigerated room at the Perrando de Resistencia hospital in northern Argentina.
Analia Bouter tells Todo Noticias television that she thought she was hallucinating when she looked at her infant in the morgue drawer and heard a whimper and saw signs of life.
Doctors say the girl is now in good condition.

The girl was born on April 3 after just six months of pregnancy, and the hospital issued a death certificate, saying she died of unknown causes, Bouter said.
Bouter says doctors have told her that "nobody knows how she could have survived 12 hours in a refrigerated room."
Rafael Sabatinelli, the deputy health secretary of Chaco province where the hospital is located, said authorities were looking into those who were involved in the incident
