Toni and Tamar Braxton hit up Mr. Chow’s restaurant last night with Lady Gaga and Tamar’s husband, Vince Herbert (not pictured). The foursome had a fun night according to Tamar who Tweeted: “A ?#funners? dinner with @tonibraxton @ladygaga and my hunny bunch!
