5 signs you are likely suffering from “Nomophobia”

Nomophobia is described as the fear of being without or unable to access one’s mobile phone. This habit has a propensity to negatively impact all human endeavours – work, relationship and social interaction.
“People with Nomophobia actually experience feelings of fear, anxiety and some people actually report panic just at the thought of not having their phone,” said Dr Elizabeth Waterman, a clinical psychologist.
These symptoms show you may be suffering from “Nomophobia”, but you did not know.
