Cheer Perfection Mom Andrea Clevenger Pleads Guilty To Having Sex With Teen Boy

Andrea Clevenger Guilty Plea
(Sherwood PD)
Andrea Clevenger, a mom who was on the TLC cheerleading show, “Cheer Perfection,” pleaded guilty on Thursday to having sex with a 13-year-old boy.
She was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Clevenger acknowledged in court that she had sex in her home and in a car with the teenage boy, who knew her own daughter. She also admitted sending him sexually explicit photos.
The 34-year-old mom, who is from the Little Rock, Arkansas suburb Sherwood, will have to register as a sex offender, and is not allowed to have any contact the young boy.
Clevenger received two 10-year prison sentences — one for sexual assault, another for engaging a child in sexually explicit conduct — but will serve them concurrently.
According to the affidavit by a Sherwood police detective, “The juvenile victim’s mother asserted Clevenger called her after the text messages [were discovered] and they discussed the manipulation and sexual contact at length and Clevenger admitted the acts occurred, but said the juvenile victim ‘doesn’t act thirteen.’”

How brother of EastEnders actress murdered and chopped her body into pieces

On March 1st 2012, former EastEnders actress Gemma McCluskie, 29, disappeared from her home. About 10 days later, it was discovered that her own older brother, Tony McCluskie (pictured with her above) killed her after an argument at the home they shared, chopped up her body, put the body parts in a suitcase and dumped her in the canal. Their older brother talks about the incident for the first time since it happened.
As Danny McCluskie watched the grainy CCTV footage his world crumbled. It showed the unthinkable, the one thing every part of him had screamed could not be possible. His brother Tony carrying a heavy suitcase containing the mutilated body parts of their beloved baby sister Gemma.
The footage proved beyond doubt that Tony had killed the former EastEnders actress in cold blood, chopped her up then disposed of her like putting out the trash.
For Danny one thing made it even more incomprehensible – Tony had put his arms around him when Gemma disappeared and assuring him they would keep looking.
Danny with Gemma
“When I look back at it now I just think, you absolute scumbag, you doing that, you had us on the runabout, looking for our sister, you knew full well what you’d done to her,” says Danny, 39, speaking in depth for the first time since the 2012 murder.
“They showed me that bit of evidence. That just persuaded it for me and I went mad. He’s a monster for what he done to my little sister.”
Tony was mostly unemployed, drifting between building jobs and cleaning windows. He was a heavy cannabis user, smoking strong skunk “from morning until night”.

On March 1 Gemma vanished, prompting a police search. Two days later her butchered torso was found in the capital’s Regent’s Canal. Her limbs, in bin bags, were found a week later. Although her head remained missing for six months, she was identifiable from a tattoo on her back.

There was no reason to suspect Tony. He may have been dope-addled but his family had never known him to be violent. Psychologists now believe he was jealous of Gemma’s success, but at the time no one believed him capable of murder.

In the early days he joined in the search, comforting Danny and their separated parents, dad Anthony and mum Pauline.

But the sick truth was that he had killed her after a bitter argument. In his drug-fuelled haze he had gone to sleep and let the bath overflow. It was the last straw for Gemma, who told him to get out of the family home.

Then she went to see their mother in hospital, leaving Tony to stew. She returned to find him in a murderous rage. Still high on drugs, he hit her over the head with a blunt object, fracturing her skull in three places with at least two heavy blows. She died from a bleed to the brain.
Then, clinically and coldly, he tried to chop up his sister’s body with a knife. When that failed went out for a meat cleaver, rolls of bin liners and cleaning chemicals.

Killer Tony
The next morning, with the body still in the house, he began a cover up, texting his girlfriend: “Morning, sorry crashed out last night. Woke up too late to get back to you. Feeling a bit better today.”
He even sent a text to his dead sister saying he had been to visit their mum.
He wrote: “Hi Gem, letting you know I’m at the hospital. Mum is doing really good and the doctors are pleased with her. Going to look at the throat and swallowing today. Love ya xx.”
He had never once told Gemma he loved her in a message before.

Later that night that he stuffed her mangled body into a suitcase, called a cab and dumped her in the canal.

Brother Danny says: “He took her life away. She didn’t even hit 30 years old, she didn’t get married, she didn’t have kids, he took all that away from her.”

When Tony told the family Gemma hadn’t come home they assumed she was staying with a friend. Danny recalls: “But on the Sunday morning me and a friend met up with Tony and got some pictures developed of Gemma. We took them down to Bethnal Green Police Station.”

Speaking on tonight’s Channel 5 crime documentary Countdown to Murder, he recalls it was difficult to get sense out of Tony. “But I just thought it was just him just stoned out of his nut again,” he says.
Increasingly worried, the family stepped distributed photos and posters and Tony joined in. But two days later police found the first body part in the canal.

Danny recalls Tony’s reaction. “Out of nowhere he walks in and puts his arms round us and he starts saying, please don’t let it be Gemma. I’ll never forget it.”
But their sister was immediately identifiable because of her tattoo.
“That broke me,” says Danny. “I turned round and went to the police officer, I said, ‘You’d better catch whoever did this’. And he kept saying to me, ‘I promise, we’ll catch him, we’ll catch him’.”

It was left to Danny to tell their mother in a moment that still haunts him.
“I ended up breaking down, crying. I was just overwhelmed. I’ve just found out it was my sister and now I’ve had to go and break the news to my mother.
“She’s laying there in hospital, you know, she’s just had a big operation.”

Loyal Danny refused to believe Tony had anything to do with it, even when police questioned him for a second time. “I said to him, you look me in the eye and you put your hand on your heart you ain’t done this to my sister?” he recalls. “And he just said to me, ‘The police are fitting me up’.
My head was all over the place, you know. It was like, this ain’t right. I phoned the police and I said to them, ‘You’d better show me some evidence it’s him, otherwise he’s in that jail, he’s in that jail suffering’.”

The damning CCTV showing McCluskie putting the heavy suitcase in the back of a minicab was all the evidence anyone needed. Ten days after her disappearance Tony was charged with Gemma’s murder.
Danny says he felt only one thing on seeing his brother in the dock. “I just thought, I wanna smash his face in. Because he was guilty,” he says.

Opening stalemate for Nigeria, Mexico

Opening stalemate for Nigeria, Mexico
Mexico gained a small dose of revenge for their 2012 elimination against Nigeria by holding the African powerhouse to a 1-1 draw in their Canada 2014 opener.
The two teams shared a goal apiece in the first half in what proved an entertaining affair in Moncton.
Nigeria displayed their trademark speed and strength from the outset, and Asisat Oshoala had a glorious chance to break the deadlock when she latched onto a long ball, but her clipped shot over the advancing goalkeeper narrowly cleared the crossbar.
However, Mexico soon settled and it was they who opened the scoring. Fabiola Ibarra slotted home from 20 metres after an inadequate headed clearance from Nigeria goalkeeper Sandra Chiichii as she attempted to nullify a swift counter-attack.
At the other end Mexico’s senior national team goalkeeper Cecilia Santiago needed to use all her experience to keep out Loveth Ayila’s angled shot with an impressive save.
Nigeria, however, would not be denied and they drew level three minutes before the interval. Osarenoma Igbinovia made the most of a defensive error to expertly fire the ball from distance high into the corner of Santiago’s goal.
Nigeria, having defeated El Tri 1-0 in the Japan 2012 quarter-final, again looked likely to inflict further pain on their rivals creating numerous chances in the second half.
Oshoala was the main attacking outlet for Nigeria, firstly being denied by the busy Santiago with a smart block, before setting up Courtney Dike who narrowly failed to arrive in time to convert a glorious opening.
Ugo Njoku’s header from a perfect Ayila corner went narrowly wide before Mexico’s best chance of the second half arrived with 15 minutes remaining. The impressive Tania Samarzich dribbled past two opponents, only to fire wide when faced with the target.
The livewire Oshoala then did likewise in the dying minutes but blazed over with only Santiago to beat.
The result leaves Group C finely poised after England and Korea Republic played out a 1-1 draw earlier in the evening.

Why I killed my boss and lover – Killer of Edmark MD

Kelechukwu Williams

Williams said the late Nzewi, 39, a mother of four, made him to jilt his former lover because she wanted him to be faithful to her, thus he expected her to do the same
A 31-year-old man, Kelechukwu Williams, who strangled to death his lover and the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Edmark International, Njideka Lizzy Nzewi, at the Amuwo Odofin, Festac area of Lagos State, on Wednesday said he killed her because he thought she was cheating on him.
Williams said the late Nzewi, 39, a mother of four, made him to jilt his former lover because she wanted him to be faithful to her, thus he expected her to do the same.
The police believe that the murder of Nzewi was not an accident as Williams is claiming.
The police said that he got a passport bearing her name.
This singular act proved that he had intention of killing her, the police said.
According to Williams, on the night he murdered her, which was a Friday, Nzewi left home in the morning only to return at about midnight, reeking of alcohol.
While he was asking her where she went, her phone rang.
He picked a call and heard the voice of a man asking: “Baby, are you home?”
That apparently infuriated Williams, who lost control.
The lovers started fighting.
He said: “She held my penis.
“She had a short tight and a tank top.
“A wrapper was around her neck.
“She wanted to go and bath.
“I used the wrapped around her neck to strangle her.
“When I left her apartment and locked the doors, I knew she was dead.”
Ironically, Nzewi was killed rooms away from her four kids, maid and security guard.
Willimas added: “The children and house girl were in another room in the house.
“They didn’t know what was happening.
“When I killed her, I was confused.
“I didn’t take any money from the house.
“I only took her two phones.
“I had her ATM card.
“I went to the gate and told the security that his madam and I would be going to the club that I wanted to go and cash money.”
The security guard, John Tungwin, who was the only person that knows the woman’s ATM Personal Identification Number, fell for Williams.
Tungwin followed the suspect to the ATM and provided the PIN.
They cashed about N140,000.
When they got to the gate of the house, Williams said he wanted to go and pick his friend first and then he would come and pick Nzewi.
He left with the woman’s Range Rover and never came back until he was arrested at Abidjan border as he was fleeing Ghana, where he resides and ran to after he killed his lover.
Police had earlier alleged that the suspect made away with the deceased’s Range Rover Sports Utility Vehicle, phones, $50,000 and N8 million meant for the running of her business.
Williams denied the allegations, insisting there was no money in the house.
Addressing journalists, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Umar Manko said: “On July, 19, the suspect appeared from Ghana to visit the deceased whom he called his lover.
“They met in Ghana.
“He had visited twice.
“The third visit ended in tragedy.
“He came in on July 18, but on 19, he woke up and told the security guard that he was sent by the lady to go and cash money from ATM for her.
“He drove off and disappeared.”
Manko said that the following morning, Tungwin became suspicious after his madam did not come out and the room was locked.
Using a borrowed ladder, he climbed, peeped into the window and discovered that the woman was on the ground of the room.
Manko added: “He disappeared to Ghana.
“The Area E Commander, Mr. Dan Okoro, got in touch with Interpol and police in Ghana.
“The Jeep was tracked and he was arrested on his way out of Ghana.
“He was caught at the border, with his load already packed into the woman’s car.”
Williams said he had known Lizzy for years, but they became lovers in February.
When he came to Nigeria to see her, they had gone out on Thursday.
On Friday, she left him at home in the morning to rest.
She said she was going to check on her house at Satellite Town.
When it was 6pm, Williams said he became worried and called her number over 30 times.
The phone rang but she did not pick.
By the time she got back at about 12 midnight, Williams was fuming.
He said: “When she returned, I asked where she went.
“I told her I had been calling her phone.
“She said it was on silent.
“I noticed she was drunk.
“I asked her why she left me at home and went out.
“Someone called, but she didn’t want to pick.
“I picked it and heard a guy’s voice.
“I reminded her how she broke my phone in Ghana when she came to visit and picked my call to hear a woman calling my line.
“We started quarreling.
“She threw my things out.
“I told her to give me the N300,000 I gave her to buy generator.
“She said she didn’t have money, that she was expecting some money from Edmark.
“I told her to give me her ATM to go and check.
“We fought over taking control of her phone.
“She slapped me and I slapped her back.”
Williams said that all he took away from the house were the deceased’s phones.
He said that he drove around until morning hours because he was confused.
He said that he knew Nzewi’s brothers were coming over that day because she was planning to move to her new house.
He could not face them, he said.
He said: “If I go back, the brothers could kill me.
“I met Lizzy in Ghana when she used to come and buy shoes.
“I sell fairly used clothes.
“No, I don’t work for her or Edmark.
“She doesn’t give me money.
“We later met again at Nnewi and became friends.”
According to the police, when Williams got to Ghana, he went to church for thanksgiving that he had bought a car.
But he said that the police were lying.
He said: “Yes, I went to church, but not to celebrate.
“All my friends knew Lizzy.
“They knew the jeep belonged to her.
“I couldn’t have gone to church to celebrate the car.”
Asked how he felt now, Williams said: “I feel bad because she was good to me.”
He said that Nzewi used to come to Ghana to buy shoes, but later told him to be bringing the shoes to Nigeria for her.
She was running the business alongside the Edmark business.
Recalling the horror of that night, Williams said: “I left my former lover because of Lizzy.
“She demanded it.
“On that fateful night, the kids were in another wing of the apartment.
“It was a man that caused this problem.
“Her behaviour showed that she was cheating on me.
“I had never proposed to her, but maybe things would work out later.”
The secondary school certificate holder, who said he had known Nzewi since 2011, added that she had never wronged him until that night.
Tungwin, Lizzy’s security man said: “It was about midnight when Williams came and said that madam asked him to go and cash money from ATM for him.
“He said they were going to a night club and needed money.
“I was the only person who knows the ATM number aside from her.
“I followed him to the ATM and we cashed N100,000.
“He dropped me at the gate and said he was going to pick a friend to join him and madam.
“In the morning, madam didn’t come out and the door was locked.
“I called Williams, he picked but said that I shouldn’t worry that he was coming home.
“When he didn’t come home, I knew something bad must have happened to madam.
“I went to the next compound to borrow a ladder.
“I climbed and peeped into her room and saw her on the ground.
“She was not moving.
“Madam’s kids, who were with me, were worried since they had not seen their mother.
“When I climbed the ladder, they were with me.
“But I couldn’t tell them what I saw.
“I called the house maid and told her.”
Christian Mekowulu, the elder brother of Nzewi, said that there was no doubt in his mind that Williams killed his kid sister because he wanted to take over her money.
Mekowulu insisted that the lady had about $50,000, which he alleged Williams must have taken.
His words: “My sister is the number one person in Edmark in Nigeria.
“She brought Edmark to Nigeria.
“She sells shoes as a sort of part time.
“Williams and my sister just met at Nnewi.
“He said he wanted to marry her, but she said he was too young.
“She even called me to tell me about him and his proposal.
“They’ve dating like for three months.
“I know that the $50,000 is with her because she told me that she would give him money to bring in goods for her.”

Cyclists Throw Down in Street During Portugal Stage Race

Professional cyclists are generally a peaceful and practical people.
They wake up at ungodly hours, ride through a seven-layer dip of pain on the road and generally keep to themselves.
Trouble strikes often, but they usually don’t have the time or energy to do more than give a “What the hell?” hand wave.
Rider rage, however, is a very real thing, and viewers watching the sixth stage of the Volta a Portugal were treated to the rare sight of cyclists throwing down on Tuesday.
For The Win’s Nate Scott spotted video of Italian rider Enrico Rossi and Spanish rider Vicente de Mateus mixing it up in the streets after a crash (Author's note: For The Win has Denmark's Asbjorn Kragh as the man attacking de Mateus, but this appears to be inaccurate.)
Angry words escalated into shoving, and all of a sudden...there was...
A cyclist fight!
Tumblr
After the race, Rossi told Danish television channel TV2 (h/t The Guardian) that de Mateus failed to check himself after wrecking himself.
“I was going over the line and then he ran into me, so we overturned,”Rossi said. “Then he stood and shouted at me so I hit him.”
Bingo bongo. No more explanation needed here.
If you run your mouth on Rossi’s watch, you’re fixing to catch a beating—or an awkward neck-pushing.
