Gilberto "Gil" Valle, an NYPD cop, from his Facebook page. Said to have planned the abducting of 100 women to eat them.

The wacko “cannibal cop,” who allegedly kept a database of at least 100 women he plotted to rape, cook and eat, was indicted by a federal grand jury Friday.
Gilberto Valle, 28, of Queens, faces a maximum of life behind bars for conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and a maximum of five years for accessing the federal National Crime Information Center database without authorization.
Valle — who was suspended after being arrested last month in a joint NYPD and FBI investigation — is accused of chatting last July with a sick online buddy about “kidnapping, cooking and eating body parts” of a woman identified as Victim 1, according to the indictment released Friday by Manhattan Federal Court.
The twisted cop allegedly wrote to his pal that he was "thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus . . . cook her over a low heat and keep her alive as long as possible."
Less than two weeks later, he allegedly traveled to Maryland to have lunch with Victim 1, who remains unharmed.
Prosecutor Hadassa Waxman said there was no reason for him to travel that far, except to see if she was an "appropriate meal for him."
Valle is also accused of tapping into the federal National Information Crime Center database to gather information on potential victims.
Last week, a judge shot down Valle's bid for bail, saying he posed a danger to the community and there was clear and convincing evidence that Valle intended to turn his talk into action.
Valle faces arraignment on the indictment on Nov. 19.
His lawyers could not be reached for comment.

Federal authorities deemed the plan one of the most dangerous terrorist plots against the city.
The man, Adis Medunjanin, 28, who was born in Bosnia and grew up in Queens, was considered the heart and soul of the plot — though not its mastermind — the one whose increasingly radical beliefs in Islam inspired him and two high school friends to participate in jihad. They went to Pakistan with the hope of joining the Taliban in the fight against American troops and wound up at a training camp run by Al Qaeda.
During the brief sentencing hearing in Federal District Court in Brooklyn on Friday, Mr. Medunjanin, wearing a crumpled black suit, and his long hair swept behind his ears, spent several minutes singing verses from the Koran.
Judge John Gleeson politely interrupted once, telling Mr. Medunjanin that while the life sentence was mandatory for a conviction for plotting to use an explosive device, he had the opportunity to argue for leniency on other counts. But Mr. Medunjanin, who maintained throughout the trial that he was never part of the subway bombing plot, followed his Koran recitations with a description of what he considered the darker sides of American foreign policy: abuse of prisoners at Abu Ghraib, the use of waterboarding and the killing of innocent civilians during the Iraq war. He closed with an exclamation.
“I had nothing to do with any subway plot or bombing plot whatsoever,” he said. “I ask Allah to release me from prison.”

Robert De Niro Reportedly Confronts Jay-Z For Not Returning His Numerous Phone Calls
Robert De Niro calls Jay-Z "disrespectful" after his calls to the rapper about a Tribeca Film Festival song went unanswered.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six column, things allegedly got pretty heated between Hip Hop mogul Jay-Z and actor Robert De Niro during a birthday celebration for Leonardo DiCaprio.
The confrontation between the two stemmed from various phone calls De Niro made to Jay-Z that went unanswered. The actor was hoping to discuss a song Jay-Z was to record for the annual Tribeca Film Festival.
“Bob was sitting at a table, and when Jay-Z went over to say hello, De Niro told Jay that he never called him back,” a source revealed to the New York Post.
“Bob wasn’t in any mood to make polite conversation. He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn’t matter who you are, that is just rude,” another source added.
Those in attendance at the birthday celebration revealed that the confrontation between the two men reportedly reached a point where even Beyonce had to intervene.
Reps for both Jay-Z and De Niro have chosen not to comment on the incident
