Kim Kardashian Topless: She Takes Off Blond Wig—and Her Shirt—in Sexy New Photo

Just one day after Kim Kardashian was spotted wearing a blond wig—not to mention giving us a glimpse of her hot new lingerie ad with sisters Kourtney and Khloé a few hours later—the E! reality star decided to lose the fake 'do...and a whole lot more

Kim graciously posted this Instagram photo of herself topless during the wee hours of Tuesday morning, wearing pretty much next to nothing but a tiny pair of pale-pink tap pants and covering her chest with a white sheet.
"Can't sleep tonight..." she tweeted.
Of course, now we won't be able to, either

Teens Destroy $500,000 Home after seeing “Project X”

Police arrested 13 people Friday after being called to the property by a private investigator working for the builders who owned the property.

Investigator Mark Stephens said when he quizzed the teens over the damage they told him they were copying what happened in the film Project X.

U.S prisoner caught sneaking into women's cell block for sex with inmate he chatted up via jail's ventilation system
'I asked some of the kids why, and they said 'Project X.' said Mr Stephens.
'And I said, 'OK what’s 'Project X?'
Released earlier this month, the film Project X fictionally documents the story of three High School teens in California who attempt to make a name for themselves by throwing the biggest party.

Matters spiral out of control as words about the party spreads and the house they host the party in is destroyed by fire, along with parts of the neighbourhood.
'When you look at the movie, and you look at what happened here, the parallels are the uncanny,' said Mr Stephens.
'It was a copycat. They did everything that I saw in the movie. There were liquor bottles, beer bottles. I mean it was a big party,' he said

Among the bottles, sheet-rock inescapably lay ripped across the floor mixed with the glass from the two-story home's many windows.
Doors, torn from their hinges, contributed to the piles while above them, holes punctured the walls.
But with the mayhem in Texas, the Houston party wasn't the only planned party inspired by the R rated film for that same weekend.

Two Canadian teens in Calgary are still cooling the embers of a Twitter party invite launched last weekend using the hashtag #ProjectKris, a play on the new movie's title

The tweet spread worldwide, received as far as Japan, Australia and the Middle East, with high school student organizer Hunter Mills promising to send the location's address at its start.

After the teens were contacted by local police warning them of the repercussions, however, especially as the event was planned for one of their homes, the students opted for a night club's address that was 18 years and up instead.

Back south in Houston, police arrested 13 teens at the scene of the 4,000sq ft wrecked home last week, while in Calgary, #ProjectKris was deemed by many as the 'let down of the century.
Of the 13 arrested, two of those were juveniles and were released into the care of their parents.

The other 11 were charged with criminal trespass and taken to jail.

Stephens said the teens are alleged to have broken into another home in the street to hold a party.

With the home's builder estimating the repair costs to be between $80,000 to $100,000, the teens are expected to face serious criminal charges

Man attempts suicide in Abuja to protest alleged Atiku’s N15m debt

ABUJA – There was pandemonium at the Federal High Court in Abuja, yesterday, as a man who gave his name as Musa Inuah Dalhatu, climbed a telecom mast located within the court, saying he would commit suicide unless the Chief Judge invoked his powers and compels former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to pay him a N15 million debt.

Inuah, a middle aged man, alleged that he had executed a project for the former Vice President while he was in power to the tune of N15m, saying efforts to recover the money had proved abortive.

Hanging precariously at the zenith of the mast which is equivalent of a 15-storey building, the protester said he would not come down until either Atiku was produced in court or the Inspector General of Police agrees to investigate the veracity of his allegation with a view to recovering his money.

All entreaties for Inuah who was sighted on top of the mast around 12:15 yesterday, fell on deaf ears till around 4pm when a rescue team comprising of officers from the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA; Nigeria Federal Fire Service and a team of Police officers led by an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sunday Odukoya and the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr Moshood Jimoh, finally persuaded him to come down around 4:25pm yesterday.

Investigations by Vanguard revealed that the man had earlier approached the High Court registry with a copy of his petition against Atiku, demanding to see the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta.

Upon perusing the documents he tendered, the court clerk advised him to go and engage the services of a legal practitioner, stressing that he could not see the CJ unless he was in the company of his lawyer.

The court clerk equally urged Inuah to take the case before a High Court in Adamawa state, stressing that the High Court in Abuja was without the requisite jurisdiction to entertain the case.

Dissatisfied with the treatment meted out to him by the court officials, Inuah started creating a scene at the registry located at the 3rd floor of the court complex , an action that forced security men to order him out of the court premises.

Immediately he stepped outside the court, Inua quickly ran to the back of the building and climbed the telecom mast.

A source at the court said Inua had told a security man that accosted him when he was going to the back of the building that he was going to ease himself.

Armed with a copy of his protest letter entitled “I will not come down until the Federal Government and Nigerians come into this matter”, the man started shouting, thereby drawing attention.

From right: Inuah on top of the mast and being whisked away by security men.

The said letter was copied to the IGP, the National Human Right Commission, NHRC, Public Complaint Commission, Brigadier Commander Nigerian Army Yola, Adamawa state governor, the Director of SSS Adamawa state, and the Adamawa state Emirate Council.

Shortly after he came down yesterday, the man was whisked away by the police and taken to the Police Headquarters in Abuja.

Meantime, media aide to the former Vice President, Mr Garba Shehu, yesterday, dismissed Inua’s allegation, saying he is mentally deranged.

According to Shehu, “We honestly suspect that this man is mental, if there is one Nigerian who pays all his bills that one is Atiku Abubakar. If the idea of this pole climber is to get N2million from the Turaki, this certainly is not the best way to go about it.

“Were it left to me, I will say that the man should simply be ignored. He will climb down when he gets tired of staying up there.”

"I own Mohits; Don Jazzy is my artist" D'banj speaks from America

"Coming from Africa I’m my own manager, I have my own label called Mo’ Hits with my artists Dr. Sid, Wande Coal, Don Jazzy, D’Prince and K-Switch. I own Mo’ Hits and we’ve won numerous awards by the grace of God." D'banj tells Ebony Magazine. Read the full interview Culled from Ebony.com On Sunday (Feb. 19), fans from as far away as Maryland packed into New York City’s Irving Plaza to see D’banj, Nigeria’s biggest Afrobeat star in concert. The self-proclaimed “Kokomaster” hit the stage to screams and even fainting, as one woman sunk to the floor after D’banj touched her hand. Running through his three albums No Long Thing, Rundown Funk U Up and The Entertainer including his international hit “Oliver Twist,” the MC born Dapo Daniel Oyebanjo commanded the stage with waist wines, glittering outfits and jokes about his “Koko,” also known as his manhood. EBONY.com: How will you break into America’s entertainment scene? D’BANJ: I’m bringing my culture, my music and preaching the gospel. We’ve been learning from America’s Hollywood scene and other areas in Africa because our continent is developing. We look up to the way you’ve built your industry and we try to do ours in the best that we know. It’s so good to see that Americans appreciate my music so that’s what I’m bringing, just original Africa. EBONY.com: How did you join Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label? D’BANJ: I had a concert in Dubai and when we pulled up to the airport’s first class lounge and a hostess ran up to me with a plaque with Kanye’s face on it, asking me to sign it. I said ‘I’m not Kanye West, I’m D’banj but Kanye West is coming? All eyes open.’ Then my manager spoke to Kanye, came back and told me ‘He’ll give you five minutes.’ I walked over -- as an African man I’m always prepared -- and I played my music ‘Stand Out,’ ‘Fall In Love’ and ‘Scapegoat’ for him on my iPod. Before we knew it, I’d almost missed my flight and he invited me to New York. Coming from Africa I’m my own manager, I have my own label called Mo’ Hits with my artists Dr. Sid, Wande Coal, Don Jazzy, D’Prince and K-Switch. I own Mo’ Hits and we’ve won numerous awards by the grace of God. Being with Kanye for the last eight months and me leading a successful label in Africa, I’ve learned a lot and I believe people will see what we’re going to do. I signed with Kanye in June and that same month I won the BET Award for Best International Act. My New York concert isn’t done by G.O.O.D. Music, it’s done by Live Nation, meaning I’m already a moving machine. So who better to introduce me to the global world than Kanye West, a crazy genius? EBONY.com: What is your chemistry like in the studio with West? D’BANJ: Kanye doesn’t try to change you. He has great ears and great people working with him. I learned the way people do music in America is different, number one, the budget. You don’t have to rush a song, you can take your time. I was glad because I have a studio in my home but I thought I was doing too much. I’ve been working with everyone else on G.O.O.D. Music too and John Legend and I worked together in London recently. It’s been great experience, I just beg people to listen with an open mind.

Summer 2011 Movies: The Best, The Worst, & Some Surprises

Most Disappointing Comic Book Movie - Green Lantern

Some two and a half months have passed since this superhero title hit theaters, and fans are still a bit tetchy, to say the least. While the majority of professional critics agree the movie was a mediocre attempt to realize the Green Lantern universe in live-action form, there remains a vocal minority of the fan community who feel that director Martin Campbell’s comic book flick is undeserving of all the flak it’s had to endure.

One thing we can (hopefully) all agree on is that Green Lantern certainly could’ve been better. Case in point: how many people who had never read a Lantern comic book prior to seeing the film honestly walked away afterwards with a solid understanding of how the Green Lantern Corps works? Or didn’t think there were there, at times, some gaping holes in the plot? Or didn’t feel that Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan kind of came off as DC’s answer to Marvel’s Iron Man - but not in a good way?

Perhaps this “I’m a Marvel… and I’m a DC” skit put it best: We all love the Hal Jordan character – now we just want to see him appear in a good movie.

Best Comic Book Movie – Captain America: The First Avenger

This summer, it turned out the best superhero comic book movie was being saved for last.

Thor and X-Men: First Class were both solid, but it was the second Marvel in-house production, Captain America: The First Avenger, that was arguably the overall best pure superhero movie of the season. It was appropriately old-fashioned in design, didn’t have to devote too much effort to setting up The Avengers – heck, it even came up with a clever explanation for why its main character runs around with a bullseye on his shield!

Captain America didn’t boast the enthralling action set pieces that some of its comic book movie peers have offered, but it was a fun blockbuster that featured some great characters, pleased comic book enthusiasts with its similarities to the source material – and, most importantly, made people all the more excited to see Steve Rogers return in both The Avengers and future Captain America solo ventures.

29-Year-Old Nigerian Gets 4 Years Jail Term And Risk Been Deported For Sexually Assaulting Women In The UK

A Nigerian young man who allegedly carried out two sex attacks on women he met in a Cambridge nightclub has been jailed.

Anthony Iyare, 29, attacked a woman in the toilets of the Fez Club in May, a year after sexually assaulting a woman he had met at the same club.

Iyare,  who used his widowed mother's savings to study in Cambridge,  England will be deported after he was convicted of sexually assaulting two young women.

According to Cambridge Press:
In the first incident in the early hours of May 20 2010, Iyare, of Walpole Road, Cambridge, and some of his friends went back to an address in Cambourne with the 21-year-old woman and her friend after pestering them in the club.
He sexually assaulted her after she fell asleep.

A year later, in the early hours of May 28, Iyare followed an 18-year-old woman into a toilet cubicle in the club before sexually assaulting her.

She managed to get past him and told a friend.
Security staff alerted police and Iyare was arrested.

He denied sexual assault and attempted rape.
He was, however, convicted of the first attack and found guilty of an alternative charge of sexual assault for the second after the jury were hung on the attempted rape charge following a trial at Cambridge Crown Court.

He was jailed for a total of four years on Wednesday which included three months for a separate affray charge. The judge ordered he be deported back to Nigeria after serving half the sentence.

The investigation was carried out by Detective Constables Emma Beart and Paul Evans.

DC Evans said: "Iyare pursued both victims despite them asking him to leave them alone.

"This has been a long investigation and we are pleased he has now been brought to justice and a dangerous man is now behind bars.

"I would like to thank both the victims for their courage and determination throughout the investigation and trial, and also their friends and family who have shown great support throughout their ordeal."

Yahoo Drags Facebook To Court Over Infringement On 10 Patents

Yahoo! has filed a suit against Facebook in a California court, accusing the social networking giant of infringing on 10 patents held by the Internet pioneer.

"Yahoo! has invested substantial resources in research and development through the years, which has resulted in numerous patented inventions of technology that other companies have licensed," Yahoo! said in a statement Monday.

"These technologies are the foundation of our business that engages over 700 million monthly unique visitors and represent the spirit of innovation upon which Yahoo! is built," the Sunnyvale, California-based company said.

"Unfortunately, the matter with Facebook remains unresolved and we are compelled to seek redress in federal court," Yahoo! said. "We are confident that we will prevail."
Facebook, which was founded in 2004, a decade after Yahoo!, expressed disappointment with the Yahoo! move.

"We're disappointed that Yahoo, a longtime business partner of Facebook and a company that has substantially benefited from its association with Facebook, has decided to resort to litigation," a Facebook spokeswoman said.
"Once again, we learned of Yahoo's decision simultaneously with the media," the spokeswoman said. "We will defend ourselves vigorously against these puzzling actions."

Yahoo!, in the suit filed in US District Court for the Northern District of California, accused Facebook of infringing on patents in several areas.
"For much of the technology upon which Facebook is based Yahoo! got there first and was therefore granted patents by the United States Patent Office to protect those innovations," Yahoo! said in the suit.

"Yahoo!'s patents relate to cutting edge innovations in online products, including in messaging, news feed generation, social commenting, advertising display, preventing click fraud and privacy controls," the suit said.
"Facebook's entire social network model, which allows users to create profiles and connect with, among other things, persons and businesses, is based on Yahoo!'s patented social networking technology," it said.

Once seen as the Internet's leading light, Yahoo! has struggled in recent years to build a strongly profitable, growing business out of its huge Web presence and global audience.
Scott Thompson, formerly head of mobile payments firm PayPal, became chief executive at Yahoo! at the beginning of January promising urgent action to turn the company around.

Thompson came in after many months of turmoil over the company's direction, including deadlocked talks over possibly selling off valuable assets in China and Japan.
Two weeks after Thompson was recruited, Yahoo! co-founder and former chief executive Jerry Yang resigned from the board of directors.
A few weeks later the chairman and three other directors said they would step down, opening the way for Thompson's agenda.
Yahoo! shares were up 0.55 percent to $14.57 in after-hours trading Monday

Halle Berry’s Engagement Ring Is One Giant Damn Riddle

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were “officially” engaged earlier this week, and already attention has turned to the engagement ring.

The new finger furniture sitting on Berry’s left hand is predictably huge and expensive, but that’s not the best part of it: no, this ring has a story and codes. Codes, like in The Da Vinci Code, only even more tedious.

Paris-based jeweler Robert Mazlo designed the rock, and he told Us Weekly the ring “symbolizes the couple’s story.” Commence groaning now:

“The ring is textured and contains codes and symbols which you cannot see … only the person wearing it can. It’s very uncommon. The symbols and codes represent [their] story and only they can interpret it.”

Yeah, right. Anyway, Martinez reportedly told Mazlo he wanted “the most beautiful ring ever made – money was no object, and he only wanted the finest materials involved.” The finest gold, the finest emerald and the finest, er, codes? Mazlo added to Us:

“[The ring is] a one-of-a-kind piece and cannot be replaced. [It is] forged according to ancient Phoenician tradition.”

PHOENICIAN TRADITION YOU GUYS. But it gets better: Mazlo gave Martinez a 500-year-old “mystical alchemy test” to work out Berry’s favorite shapes, colors, numbers and signs (asking people for this information is so, err, 1511). Mazlo then “decoded” this data, and turned out a ring that cost “well into the five figures.” Give me strength.

No wedding plans have been confirmed yet, but if they’re half as tiresome as this guff, our eyes might collectively roll clean out of their sockets

Heather Morris’ Cell Phone Hacked, Nude Photos Leak To The Internet

Rihanna Wears a See-Through Top

Raunchy RIHANNA has risked more controversy after flashing her breasts during a night out at a restaurant.

The Umbrella hitmaker headed for a meal at Da Silvano in New York but shocked onlookers and fellow diners at the Italian eaterie by wearing a mesh top with her bra-less chest clearly visible underneath.

The star briefly tried to cover her assets when she spied a snapper as she left the restaurant, but then took her hands away and smiled cheekily as she clambered into her waiting car.

Rihanna has become known for her risque fashion sense and her sexy dance moves onstage, and recently defended her racy performances, insisting it's just a part of her Barbadian culture.

She told talk show host Jonathan Ross, "I don't really ever notice it, or think about it, until the feedback. It really made me think about this for a long time as to why it is this way, why people find it so sexual, but going back to Carnival in Barbados, the Crop Over (festival), this year I really notice that it's a cultural thing. It's the way we move... You can see me... half-naked, having a good time... all that good stuff."

Whitney Houston's daughter tells Oprah Winfrey: My mother's spirit visits me and tells me to 'keep moving, baby

Whitney Huston only child says her mother’s spirit visits her and encourages her “to keep moving, baby.”

In her first interview since her mother died, Bobbi Kristina Brown said her mother was “my everything” and still comforts her.

“Especially throughout the house, lights turning off and on. And I’ll say, ‘Mom, what are you doing?’ ” the daughter, who now lives in her mother’s Atlanta mansion, told Oprah Winfrey in an interview that aired Sunday night.

“I can hear her voice in spirit talking to me, saying, ‘Keep moving, baby. I gotcha,’ ” said the 19-year-old aspiring singer and actress. “Her spirit is strong.”

Bobbi Kristina insisted she was as close to her mother as a daughter could be.

“We were like that,” she said crossing her fingers. “I mean, of course, we had arguments, but at the end of the day she was still my mother, she was my confidant. She was my everything. I was her everything.”

She said they spent most of the day before her mother died together.

“She stayed with me all night and all day. She was holding my head, everything,” Bobbi Kristina said. “I slept in her arms all day.”

BOBBI KRISTINA DOESN'T WANT TO KEEP BOBBY BROWN'S NAME

In her last will and testament, made public last week, Houston named her daughter as the sole beneficiary of her estate, which includes Atlanta and Mendham Township, N.J.

Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance will be placed in a trust until she turns 21 in 2014. While Houston mentioned her ex-husband Bobby Brown in the 19-page document, she didn’t leave him a dime.

In Sunday’s TV special on the show’s “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” Houston’s sister-in-law Patricia Houston also revealed that she feared the Grammy-winning superstar would perish from drugs long before she died in a Beverly Hills hotel bathtub Feb. 11.

“The handwriting was kind of on the wall,” said Patricia Houston said. “I would be kidding myself to say otherwise.”

But she added that Houston, 48, had been making strides in turning her life around.

“Things were changing, things were really changing with her, very much so,” said Patricia Houston, who was Whitney’s manager.
