The mother of two is due to give birth in April to a sibling for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Much like her previous two pregnancies, Kate Middleton has suffered from extreme morning sickness, called Hyperemesis Gravidarum, and was forced to cancel planned appearances in the early stages of her pregnancy.
It’s now been reported that 36 year old Kate could turn to hypnobirthing to ease labour.
According to the Sunday Times, midwives at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London are being trained in the new birthing technique called hyponobirthing.

Kate has welcomed her two children George and Charlotte in the private hospital and is expected to have her third child here also.
Ahead of the royal birth in February, midwives from the Lindo Wing of the hospital will reportedly be given two days of intensive training in February to prepare.

Hypnobirthing is a range of self-hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques used during the birthing process and has been endorsed by celebrities such as Gisele Bündchen.
The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge recently stepped out to visit the Reach Academy Feltham in a public appearance.
The Academy is a school working in partnership with Place2Be and other organisations to support children, families and the whole school community throughout their school career.
