8th Wonder of The World
From the Great Pyramid of Giza, to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Temple of Artemis, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Marsoleum at Harlicarnassus, Collosium of Rhodes and the Light house Of Alexandria. The Duge Beipanjiang Bridge in southwest China stands out and is arguably becoming the 8th wonder of the world.
The Bridge stretches across a 1,341metres (4,400-foot) span, at 555metes(1,854-ft) above the valley, it is now the highest bridge in the world. It is estimated to have cost the Chinese Government a whooping 144million US Dollars. The Bridge is said to be almost two Eiffel towers, just to give an idea of the drop-down to the water beneath.
China has proven to be distinctive in architecture over the years. Leaves you wondering ‘what’s next?’
