Adekunle Gold, Viktoh And Chinko Ekun To Exit YBNL

News according to 3m360 suggests that YBNL artistes Adekunle Gold, Viktoh and Chinko Ekun are on their way out of the record label.

The development comes after the expiration of their recording and management contracts with YBNL. It is believed that the trio are still looking up to Olamide as regards their future on the YBNL roster.
Sources say, Adekunle Gold’s contract with YBNL recently expired,’ and he’s yet to decide on his contract renewal because he’s not ready to go unaided.’

In the case of Adekunle Gold, the singer worked as a graphics designer with YBNL before being offered a contract as an artiste. This was around the inaugural OLIC (Olamide Live In Concert) held in 2014. The contract proper was handed to Adekunle Gold following the release of his chart topper debut “Sade”.
The contracts of Viktoh and Chinko Ekun expired long time ago, but they decided to keep the update on the low as they fear it could make or tarnish careers.
Just like Chinko Ekun, both of them (Adekunle and Viktoh) don comot, but dem no loud am,’ another insider revealed in pidgin.
Chinko Ekun was no where to be found at Olamide’s concert in Lagos on Monday, where his label mates took turns on stage to thrill the crowd.
