A German reality TV model has appeared in court today over claims she falsely accused two men of rape - even though a video showed her saying 'no, stop it' during the sex.
Gina-Lisa Lohfink, 29, is accused by the men - identified as Pardis Fardjad-Azad and Sebastian Pinto - of inventing rape allegations against them after they had a threesome.
When she appeared in court - and heard that the judge was going to play parts of a sex tape in public - she burst into tears and the process had to be interrupted for nearly 15 minutes.
'It is really bad what is being done to me here,' she sobbed.
The public prosecutor in Berlin believes her rape testimony was false in a case dating back to June 2012.
As the judge looked at the sex video on a laptop, he turned to her and with the sound down Gina-Lisa shouted out: 'Sex with two men - I say I don't want that! Horny - OK, we'll watch more movies. It was bad what was done to me, sex with two men. You should cut their d***s off.'
When Pinto took the stand to testify, she left the court, saying she could not bear to see him.
He said he got to know her at a celebrity event. Then 'from 11pm on we were in my club Maxxim. In the meantime Pardis came in. She took him to her table.
'When I had finished work around 5am I got the message that they are waiting for me. Our night started around 6am or 7am. We had a fun threesome. Everything was filmed on my mobile phone.

'Pardis left around 11am, noon, Ms. Lohfink remained still, ordered more drinks to be brought by taxi. She invited me to Mallorca. I would have gone with her. But I couldn't. I had to work.'
The men had sex with her then and filmed it. In one sequence which hit the internet Gina-Lisa is seen on the tape saying 'no' and 'stop it.'

But despite this, at the end of last year she was ordered by prosecutors to pay a 24,000 euro fine for making false accusations against the men.
Her refusal to pay it landed her in court in the German capital on Monday.
Although rape investigations into the two men were discontinued, Fardjad-Azad and Pinto received sentences due to the proliferation of sex videos on the Internet.
Fardjad-Azad accepted the sanction. Pinto could not be found but his lawyer said he will not 'accept the indictment.'
Her insists there should be a new trial of his client.

Pinto went on a breakfast TV show in Germany last Friday to refute all rape allegations.
In earlier hearings several witnesses testified that the threesome between the men and her was consensual.
Gina-Lisa claimed to police that she received knock-out drops prior to the sex session.
Pinto said on TV: 'I think the 'no' could have referred to her wanting the sex at the time to stop. There were no drugs in the game and there was no rape.'
He is due to give evidence in court. The case has taken on symbolic value in Germany as supporters of both her and the men argue about what constitutes rape.

It comes in a year when the German parliament has tightened the country's 'no means no' law and amid rising tensions between locals and refugees over sex attacks in swimming pools.
Gina-Lisa's lawyers believe she is the victim of 'unbalanced' justice.
Gina-Lisa's celebrity has served to keep the case in the news - she was once on 'Germany's Next Top Model,' appeared in a Big Brother house and advertised constantly for erotic fairs.
If the verdict in the case comes on Monday or Tuesday, as expected, it will not be the end of legal proceedings for her.
The men have taken out summonses accusing her of slander, defamation, inciting false suspicion and insulting them.
