Free the nipple and the boob!
Lady GaGa bared it all in a sheer black pocket tee on her way out of a recording studio in New York Monday night.
The singer/actress got lucky that the pocket on her t-shirt covered her left breast, but her right one was out there for all to see!
But GaGa seemed completely oblivious to that little detail as she strode confidently down the street and didn't try to cover up at all.
