It's been a rough week for Justin Bieber following an embarrassing fall off stage in Saskatoon, Canada, and an unplanned stop in Hamilton, Indiana after his tour bus required repairs.
And on Friday the 22-year-old took to Instagram to report that he had sprained his ankle playing basketball.
Justin shared a photograph of his injured ankle submerged in ice as he alerted fans heading to the U.S. Bank Arena show that he would be 'taking it easy.'

Justin captioned the photograph: 'Gonna be taking it easy tonight on stage sprained my ankle playing ball smh all good still gonna crush.'
The announcement comes the day after the star had rented out a $10K per night Airbnb mansion in Hamilton, Indiana after he was stuck there due to trouble with his tour bus, as reported by TMZ.
Fortunately the What Do You Mean? hitmaker was able to make lemonade out of lemons with the luxurious rental after his bus required repairs.

Justin was sidelined in the small Illinois town, which sits on the Mississippi and has a population of only 2,800.
The massive, riverfront mansion - which accomodates eight - only has four bedrooms, though it comes equipped with a host of other ameninities.
The luxurious estate, equipped with an elevator, features a gym, hot tub, indoor fireplace and televisions.

The listing's infinity pool overlooks the Mississippi River as well as Keokuk, Iowa, and a private chef is available upon request.
The lavish home also boasts full-sized arcade games, a screening room, and even an old-school jukebox.
TMZ reported that police had to patrol the road on Thursday as Hamilton citizens attempted to get a glimpse at Justin during his short stay.

And the impromptu Hamilton visit came a week after Justin had taken a tumble on stage while performing in Saskatoon, Canada.
The Sorry singer had plummeted off the edge of the platform in between tracks, after he seemingly became distracted by his loose-fitting ensemble.
Fan footage of the incident emerged on Twitter and shows the pop star walking with his head down as he attempts to adjust the garment wrapped around his waist.
