A father posted revenge porn online as he threatened to "destroy" his ex-girlfriend, a court has heard.
Darren Quinn, 38, was furious that the woman wanted to end their relationship.
Swansea Crown Court heard Quinn plotted to use 93 images of their sex sessions to humiliate her, reports Wales Online .
He told her: "I'm putting the pictures on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, I don't care about the consequences.
"You'll be sorry you ever met me because I am going to destroy you."
Quinn opened a Twitter account and uploaded one of the explicit videos for all to see.
The court heard he also went to her place of work and threatened to drag her by the hair across the car park.
Oil company driver Quinn was facing up to two years in prison for "humiliating" the woman by posting the home-made video.
Quinn sobbed in the dock when he was let off a jail sentence and sent on a Building Better Relationships Programme.
Judge Huw Davies QC told him: "You uploaded a video of sex with the woman which she relied on you to keep private.
"Your conduct caused her lasting distress because she had decided your relationship didn’t have a future."
Judge Davies added: "You should have had the maturity to realise that she wanted to be free of you.
"You went to extreme lengths to get her to change her mind."
Father-of-two Quinn, of Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, admitted harassment and causing the woman to fear violence may be used against her.
He was given a two-year community order and told to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work.
Quinn will attend 24 group sessions on the relationships course for adult male offenders convicted of domestic violence.
