Man Allegedly Cuts Off Wife's Lover's Penis with Garden Shears and Flushes It Down Toilet

A Japanese university student was arrested in Tokyo on Thursday for allegedly cutting off a man's genitals. 
Ikki Kotsugai, 24, went to a Tokyo law office at about 7:40 a.m. where he apparently confronted a 42-year-old attorney and began repeatedly punching the man in the face, 3m360 reports. 


Kotsugai, who is a boxer, according to NHK, then unzipped the almost-unconscious man's pants and used garden shears to cut off his penis. 
He then allegedly flushed the man's genitals down the toilet. Kotsugai was arrested shortly afterwards. 
Local reports claim that Kotsugai's wife is employed as a clerk in the same office and was present during the attack, and that Kotsugai may have been seeking revenge over his wife's romantic involvement with the victim.
