A controversial documentary currently being aired on Africa Independent Television (AIT) has become the subject of law suits and legal battles between the subject of the documentary Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Daar Communications the owners of AIT.
The documentary titled 'The Real Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu' centres on the person of former Lagos State Governor and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Sponsored by the #GodBlessNigeria group, the documentary x-rays the political profile of Tinubu, from his early days, to his ascension to the Lagos State Government House in Alausa, Ikeja until the present day where he plays a pivotal role in the presidential campaign team of General Muhammadu Buhari, with the rumour mills stating that he, along with Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi are the financial sponsors of the APC presidential train.
