Though, it appears Vector is performing the act of proposing marriage to Chidinma is hoax, that it is a shot from a new video. Still, it so much assumes a realistic undertone.

Recall that it was rumored weeks back that Chidinma was in a love romance with the motor garage tax collector popularly called Agbero, MC Olu Omo.
