The actress was first discovered by her mum, who on returning from a stroll discovered the house door was locked from the inside. She called called for help and the door was broken down. Jiah was found hanging.
Although investigation is still fresh in the case, Police suggest that Jiah killed herself after she found out her boyfriend of nearly a year had a new love interest.
She reportedly was on the phone several times with him yesterday, and after their last call hanged herself.
Sources close to her also suggest that "she had been depressed for some time due to 'personal issues,' but was keen on returning to acting soon.
