Another Access Bank staff Caleb Ogbonnaya is dead. He died while on duty on Monday 3rd of September, 2012. He reportedly slumped and died at his Oyin Jolayemi, Lagos Office. Barely two weeks ago, 29 year old Solabomi Olugbemi of the Retail Business Unit was killed by hypertension over inability to meet her target
It is time for authorities in the banking sector to look into Bank management sector with regards to the working conditions of their staff and unreasonable target that is causing the death of those in marketing unit. This is getting out of control.
