This is the shocking moment Paul Walker's car crashed and burst into a mass of flames, killing the Fast & Furious actor and the car's driver instantly.

The CCTV footage, obtained by American celebrity website TMZ, was captured by CCTV cameras on the roof of an industrial park close to the crash site.

FUTO Sacks All Academic Staff for not Returning to Classroom

Following the orders by the Federal Government, urging all universities to re-open, the Senate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) Tuesday sacked all academic staff with immediate effect.

The Federal Government had through the Supervising Minister of Education, Nyesom Wike had vow to sack any lecturer who fails to return to class within seven days, and had directed vice-chancellors of federal universities that are currently on strike to immediately re-open for academic and allied activities.

The Public Relations Officers (PRO) of the institution, Mr Chike Ezenwa, speaking with the Nigerian Tribune in Owerri, said the senate of the university had declared all the positions of academic staff in the institution, adding that they would be advertised starting from Monday, December 2.

READ MORE AFTER THE CUT..............................

The senate said it had already compiled the list of vacant positions in the school. The school authority have urged those willing to resume would be adequately protected.

Education Minister, Wike had said,“All Vice-chancellors of Federal Universities that are on strike should immediately reopen for academic and allied activities as directed by their Pro-Chancellors. Vice-Chancellors should ensure that staff who resume for work are provided with the enabling environment for academic and allied activities.

Though the order said any academic staff who fails to resume on or before December 4, 2013, automatically ceases to be staff of the institution and vice-chancellors are also directed to advertise vacancies (internal and external) in their institutions. One wonders why the FUTO order comes a day to government’s deadline.

Tracking And Arresting My Kidnappers – GUO Motors Boss Reveals How His Kidnappers Where Arrested

The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of G. U. O. Motors Limited, Chief Godwin Ubaka Okeke, revealed how his kidnappers were arrested after they received 30 million Naira for his freedom in Onitsha High Court, Anambra.
He said he was kidnapped on August 23, 2009 by 16 men, 12 of these men have been arrested by the Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, with the assistance of the local vigilante operatives while nine were charged to court after thorough investigations and screening by the police.
Okeke who stated this at the conclusion of his evidence-in-chief, yesterday, said of the nine charged, six were granted bail while awaiting trial in prison custody because, according to the court, their trial was unduly delayed by the government lawyers, but they jumped bail and refused to appear in court till date, even after the incumbent trial judge had issued a bench warrant for their re-arrest.
Okeke told the court that Emeka Eze, the first defendant on the original list and one of the gang leaders who was among those that jumped bail, was first to be arrested and brought to Central Police Station, Onitsha.
After he was granted bail, he went to their base in Asaba, DeltaState to celebrate his freedom with a lavish merry making, before he finally disappeared to an unknown place till date, even as the bench warrant is still hanging on his neck.
Weapons found buried inside bush According to Okeke, “after his arrest, the police invited me to come and identify him.
When Emeka Eze saw me at the station, he knelt down and asked me for forgiveness, which I promised him on condition that he would assist the police with necessary information that could lead to the arrest of others.
“Emeka Eze later took the police to Nando community in Anambra East Local Government Area of the state where their operational weapons, including the rocket launchers, general purpose machine guns, GPMGs, AK-47 riffles and other sophisticated weapons were found buried inside the bush and covered with plastic containers.
The arms were recovered and taken to the state SARS Headquarters at Awkuzu. Some suspects nabbed in Nsugbe “Because of my promise to Emeka Eze that he would regain his freedom if he offered assistance for the arrest of others, he now took the police to Nsugbe where some of the suspected gang members were arrested and taken to SARS at Awkuzu, adding that some of them were arrested in Awka and Asaba, their operational base.
“The third defendant, Alexander Onyinanya, was arrested two years after the kidnap saga because he had been on the run, adding that it was through the assistance of Chinenye Ihenko (a.k.a. Okpompi) the vigilante leader in-charge of Onitsha North, Onitsha South and some other local government areas that Onyinanya was eventually tracked down.
Relationship between me and Onyinanya “On the relationship between me and Onyinanya, he was a vigilante operative attached to my personal residence in my country home, Adazi-Ani. While Onyinanya was at Adazi-Ani, he was not always at his duty post and besides, he lived a flamboyant lifestyle that was beyond his income.
“I suspected that Onyinanya could have a direct relationship with the gang of criminals who were perpetrating incessant kidnappings and robberies that took place between 2008 and early part of 2009, which were more pronounced at Adazi-Enu, Adazi-Ani, Adazi-Nnukwu, Obeledu and other neighbouring communities.
I requested Okpompi, the vigilante leader to redeploy him and he was replaced with another operative with immediate effect. How I identified Onyinanya “The motorcycle accident Onyinanya had in 2008 while serving in my home at Adazi-Ani, for which I paid his hospital bill, made him to limp, which was why I was able to identify him as the tall member of the gang who was wearing a mask during and after my abduction.
“After their arrest between October and November, 2009, crime rate in the state dropped by 80 per cent till the end of 2010, since they were the main gang of robbers and kidnappers that terrorized the state then. “They kept calling me on phone, telling me that I was the only victim fighting them, unlike other victims who usually told them about others to kidnap and get handsome ransom.
They even made attempts on my life on three occasions which failed. This prompted me to apply to the police authorities for an escort which was approved by the Inspector-General of Police (IGP). My younger brother’s kidnap “In January 2013, some of the fleeing gang members regrouped and kidnapped my younger brother, and in mid October 2013, the same gangsters attacked one of my private Toyota SUV and riddled it with bullets, thinking I was inside the vehicle.
“More arrests have been made in respect of the kidnap of my younger brother and attack on my vehicle and very soon, the arrested suspects will be brought to the court.”
Cross-examination At this stage, the prosecution counsel, Chris Ajugwe, who was leading Okeke in his evidence-in-chief, rested his case and Oliver Oduma, counsel to the first accused, Kelechi Okafor, cross-examined Okeke briefly on the level of Okafor’s involvement in his kidnap, to which Okeke replied: “Okafor himself told me that it was the gangsters that gave him my vehicle to sell and return the proceeds to them but when he wanted to sell the vehicle and the buyers discovered that it was GUO’s vehicle, they refused to buy and even advised him (Okafor) to abandon the vehicle before he would be arrested, and he abandoned the vehicle in Badagry, Lagos State and fled.
“It was when Okafor went back to Asaba, their operational base, to narrate the development to the gang members that they arrested and handed him over to the police on framed up charges.
They suspected that Okafor might have sold the vehicle, pocketed the proceeds and came to tell them lies. “I could not identify Okafor throughout my kidnap saga until on information, I met him in police station and he personally narrated to me how they gave him the stolen vehicle to sell.”
Justice Nwankwo adjourned further hearing till December 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 when the matter is expected to have been concluded, starting from the cross-examinations of Okeke, by both counsel to Ifeanyi Okafor, the second accused, D. U. Nwafor and counsel to Onyinanya, the third accused, Mrs. J. N. Okongwu

Poilce Arrest Man Who Brutally Murdered Nigerian Roomate Adaobi M. Obih In Indiana USA

26 Year Old Nigerian Girl Murdered In Cold Blood By Flat Mate In The USA

Adaobi M. Obih
Left:Ryan Allen Klug, right: Adaobi M. Obih
In a very sad report, a young Nigerian girl is reported to have been killed by her Caucasian flatmate in the US. See how Foxnews reports unfortunate the incident below:
Columbus police obtained an arrest warrant for a man wanted for murder.
They’re looking for 36-year-old Ryan Allen Klug, who they say is now the prime suspect in the murder of 26-year-old Adaobi M. Obih, who was found dead Tuesday in an apartment. Police initially said Klug was a “person of interest” in the case.
Columbus police don’t think Klug is still in the area and said multiple law enforcement agencies were looking for him.
More after the cut:

Police were alerted to Obih’s death after she missed work Monday and Tuesday without notifying anyone. Concerned coworkers contacted her apartment complex to ask about her. Police also contacted the property manager to request a welfare check, according to the arrest affidavit.

A maintenance worker went to check on the woman and said, “It’s not good, there is blood everywhere” after going to Obih’s apartment.

A neighbor said he noticed that the door to Obih’s garage spot was open and had been open for at least 24 hours. Klug, who police described as Obih’s roommate, parked his vehicle there.

The maintenance worker told police there were no signs of forced entry at the apartment and that only two people would’ve had keys: Obih and Klug. The maintenance worker told police he found Obih with a “large amount of blood around her head” and said it appeared clear that she was dead.

Police talked to Obih’s boyfriend, who revealed that he’d texted and called her multiple times but never heard back. The last message he received from her was at 12:17 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17. When she failed to respond, he went to her apartment, saw her car in the parking lot and knocked on the door. Obih didn’t answer.

A neighbor who lives in the apartment below Obih’s said it sounded like someone was moving furniture during Sunday afternoon. “It went on for more than three minutes,” the neighbor said.

Police said Klug had texted a pastor asking him to call. When the pastor did so, Klug answered and said he couldn’t talk at the time.

Further investigation found that Obih had been stabbed multiple times and her throat cut. A blood trail went from the woman’s bedroom to Klug’s, and police said it appeared “the assailant attempted to clean up in the bathroom area belonging to Mr. Klug.” They also found a bloody towel in Klug’s sink. Police located a plastic bag containing a bloody sock and other clothes stained with blood, including blue jeans, boxers and a shirt. Police said the “amount of blood on these items was significant.”

Police found a trail of small blood drops leading from the apartment to the garage where Klug parked his vehicle. His 2008 silver Subaru Legacy was not parked in the garage.

Klug works for the Indiana Department of Transportation, and police contacted his supervisor, who told them Klug’s behavior had been “off” lately. He sent a text message Sunday saying, “sick tomorrow, then vacation next two weeks.” His supervisor said the message was out of character and also violated the department’s vacation time policy. Klug did not return texts or phone calls, his supervisor said. He didn’t show up at work Monday or Tuesday.

Klug’s stepmother and father said they hadn’t heard from him for several days.

His brother told police he’d spoken with Klug about two weeks ago. Klug wanted to get back with a girl he’d dated. The relationship ended about a year ago. His brother told Klug to call her; he said Klug discovered she was dating someone else and told him, “I’m losing control.”

His motive for killing her remains yet unknown.

When questioned on the content of the sack, she claimed she was coming from the market where she bought some household items.
However, on a closer look, Balogun discovered that the sack contained a dead day old baby the woman allegedly had just delivered.
He then called the attention of the other residents. Neighbours told P.M.NEWS that after Mujidat’s husband known as Baba Mushin died about three years ago, they have seen men visiting her residence, the house built by her late husband.
When asked if she planned to throw away the baby because of an alleged paternity mess, she denied, claiming  that a welder turned block maker near her residence was responsible for the pregnancy that resulted in the birth of the dead baby she was caught with. .
She claimed she took delivery of the baby by herself because she found it easy and therefore did not go to any hospital or sought anybody’s  help.
At about 9 p.m yesterday when P.M.NEWS visited the area, residents of the area were still milling around the residence of the woman.
Officials of the Community Development Association, CDA, in the area later accompanied the woman and her sack of baby to the Isheri-Oshun Police Division where the matter was reported. At the time of this report, the woman was still being interrogated.

Six Naval Officers Beat Teacher to Stupor

If not for the quick intervention of the Commandant of the Nigerian Navy Secondary School,Onikoko, Adigbe area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital today, a teacher in the school would have died.
It all happened this morning when six naval rating officers pounced on one of the civilian teachers in the school and beat him to stupor over a minor argument between them.
The victim, Rasheed Ibrahim, on his sick bed, after he was revived by the medical team of the Federal Medical Centre, Idi Aba, Abeokuta at the emergency ward, thanked God for the intervention of the Commandant, without which he would have been killed by the naval
officers.
Ibrahim, a Senior Food and Nutrition teacher in the school since 1998 was ordered rushed by the commandant first to the the School sickbay for first aid treatment from where he was transferred to the FMC, Abeokuta.

An eyewitness, who is also the Sports Master of the School, Mr.Mathew Olukunle Oduronmbi, told P.M. News that trouble started following an argument between the victim and one of the rating officers identified as Aliyu. This later snowballed into some commotion in the school premises.
According to Oduronmbi,”I saw them arguing, the argument dragged for a short time, I felt that it was a minor argument, so I did not intervene . It happened around 7:15 am, at that time , I saw Aliyu trying to drag Mr Ibrahim out of his car and he succeeded.Another officer, Oyerinde later instructed Aliyu to beat him up. That was how the whole issue started. In the process, another Senior Officer, Shodiya came out from his vehicle and joined them, while other rating
officers pounced on him to the extent that they used their thick belts on him until it got tore into pieces .All my attempt and that of others to pacify them was rebuffed .
“This was not the first time it will happen, this is the sixth time in two years that civilians working in the School here have been brutalised and nothing has been done”, he explained.
Ibrahim, the victim said he was beaten for no just cause. He claimed that the officers accused him of abusing one of them, which was a wrong accusation.
According to him,”almost all the parts of my body are paining me now. I have pains on my head and my back.My ribs are also affected and you can see bruises in all parts of my body, I dont know the condition of my back now because the Doctors said they are still going to do general
examination on my body, but the back is seriously paining me”.
Narrating how it all happened, the victim said, “when I got to the gate of the school this morning—normally when we get there, a rating officer will check our car . So, I was expecting them to come out, they didn’t come out. There were two buses at the gate blocking the
entrance. I called one of the officers, Aliyu to ask for what was
going on and he just flared up with me and I was surprised what might
have caused that.
“Suddenly, another rating officer, Oyerinde who was in the security
post threw a stone on my car, and when I demanded for such action from
me, both of them engaged me. They were later joined by one of the
Senior Officer,Mr Shodiya, who ordered that the men should beat me and
they were joined by other Officers and they all pounced on me .
“They used their iron belts to beat me, dragged me on the floor, used
sticks and every other things available to beat me .People that were
there tried to stop them, they refused to stop until the Commandant
came out, by then, I had gone into coma.
When PM News contacted the Commandant of the School, Commodore M A
Olatunji on phone to comment on the matter, he neither confirmed nor
denied the incident, but declined to comment on it, saying he need to
get clearance from the authority before he could make any comment.
“Before I can talk on any incident, I have to get a clearance from the
