Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Ludacris and the Rock are all back for the sixth (but not last) installment of the franchise

Fast and Furious 6 gets it's U.S. release today and whilst many are scratching their heads at how the franchise ever managed to get to six films, critics and audiences alike are in agreement with each other that the big wigs behind the franchise have left the best film until last (Though there's probably going to be a seventh).

With original stars Vin Diesel and Paul Walker joined by the likes of franchise regulars DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON and Ludacris (as Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges), the latest release is still very much a Fast & Furious film, but don't let that put you off just yet. With all the usual motoring chaos and carnage to expect, only this time round with a little added spice, the film is everything you could from a F&F movie, with added va-va-voom.

You may be asking yourself; how can director Justin Lin top the outrageous action scenes from last time? Well F&F 6 might not have a legion of racing cars tow a giant bank vault through the streets, but he does have an arsenal of gimmicks and outlandish plot turns to keep you more than amused for the 2+ hours of the film. Not wanting to give much away, lets just say that the bad guys in this film have tanks and snazzy cars that are designed so that when they strike another vehicle, the unwitting victim goes spinning through the air.

Don't worry though, Fast & Furious 6 isn't the end of an era, as the end of the movie (and studio execs) teases where the story could possibly go next. If road racing and tanks smashing into cars isn't your thing though, try The Big Wedding of The Great Gatsby instead.

Love Is In The Air! Jim Iyke And Nadia Buhari Confirm Relationship On Twitter

Days after I did the STORY of Jim Iyke and Nadia Buhari been an item in April, Jim issued a press conference insisting that he was still with his now ex-girlfriend Keturah Hamilton. However, days later, Keturah issued a press conference stating that they were no longer together and that his reality show 'Unscripted', is actually 'Scripted'...lol.

Anyway, Jim and his lady love Nadia Buhari continued to attend events as a couple, and they were seen cuddling and warming up affectionately to each other during the Ghana music awards that held last weekend.

Now, the two have now openly confirmed their sizzling romance on twitter, twitting the following:

You can really tell that Kesha is just dying to be edgy. She is totally a special kind of stupid and she makes us just want to sit back and laugh at her. Or in this particular case, wince and call her gross.

We have previously heard how much Kesha was dying to drink her own urine — and now, we have the video proof of just how deranged and sick she is. Her friend said that her own mother has a close pal who drinks her urine on a daily basis. So, this was enough to prompt this retard into peeing into a bottle and drinking it.

Amanda Bynes Busted For Marijuana Possession & Evidence Tampering

Just in case you “didn’t know” who Amanda Bynes is, she is the one who was just arrested last night for criminal possession of marijuana. This celebutard was said to be smoking pot in the lobby of her building and acting weird. A door man reportedly alerted the police who then went to her door. Upon arriving, they knocked and she let them in and they noticed that she had a bong inside. So, she decided to toss that sucker right out of the window!

On Wednesday, this nitwit had a huge fit at In Touch Weekly for showing photos of her place that she claimed were Photoshopped. There was pot all over the place and she was looking pretty jacked up. Perhaps that door man was just fed up with Amanda walking around like she owned the place and perhaps never tipping…so he called the cops.

It was her own stupidity to get busted for felony tampering, though. She’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, really. If the cops arrived to your door and saw a bong that you knew wasn’t yours, would you toss it out of the window? Ha. She could’ve totally hurt someone below!

At least the cops hauled her butt to the hospital before taking her for booking. That girl was in some serious need of a psychiatric evaluation…

Lebanese man arrested for kidnapping in Lagos

A 23 year old Lebanese man has been arrested by police in Lagos for kidnapping his 61 year old aunt, Alhaja Essa Dannawi. Mohammed Dannawi (pictured above) conspired with a former employee of his aunt, Obi Kwentua, (pictured above) to kidnap the woman on May 2nd at her home in Ebute Meta, Lagos.

Mohammed, who later confessed to the crime, told police during interrogation that he didn't kidnap his aunt because of money but to punish her because she offended him and his wife. He said:

“My aunty did something very bad to my wife and I and so I decided to punish her. I met with Obi (Kwentua) and told him that I wanted my aunty kidnapped. I gave him the spare key to her house and he in turn hired some boys to do the work. On the day of the operation, I left the house and five guys stormed the place and took my aunty away. The plan was not to demand money from her, it was just punishment.”

After the kidnapping, the kidnappers demanded N100m ransom from the woman's family but later agreed to collect N4m. It was during negotiations with the kidnappers that Mohammed confessed to being behind the kidnap and with his co-operation the police were able to arrest one of the suspects, Obi Kwentua when he came to collect the N4million ransom from relatives of the victim at Rita Lori Hotel in Surulere.

Essa Dannawi was later released while Mohammed and Kwentua were arrested.

Rapper Foxy Brown Call Jay-Z A “Tranny Chasher

Rapper Foxy Brown is pissed about the MediaTakeOut.com saying she never bashed Jay Z and is threatening to sue.
TMZ states Foxy Brown is referencing a report that first appeared on MediaTakeOut — which says Foxy recently went to a baby shower and started dishing about Jay-Z’s sex life to one of the guests — saying he secretly engages in gay sex and recorded a sex tape staring Brown, Jay and Jamie Fox.  Foxy also says Jay left her with a case of gonorrhea and that she lost her virginity to him when she was 15 and he was 27.  Foxy insist that she never called Jay Z a gonorrhea-infected “tranny chaser”  or made any allegations of a robbery, sex tape and STDs.  It was also reported that Foxy says Beyonce is a “halitosis infected heffa.”  Read the rest of what she had to say during a quick interview with TMZ.
Foxy says the report is complete BS, telling TMZ … “The atrociousness of this story sickened me to my stomach. Any and everyone involved will be contacted by my attorney.”

Foxy says, “In all my years in the music industry, these are the most disgusting and disrespectful allegations I’ve ever experienced. This fictitious story … with NO audio, visual or written interview, clearly was concocted with malicious intent.”
“Jay has only been wonderful to me and my family, a great friend throughout all the years I’ve known him and we had nothing but great success as a team.”
She continues, “Beyonce, his wife, has always been gracious and sweet to me … I will NOT let any undercover hater create discord and disrespect my name and reputation.”
“This disrespect will NOT be tolerated.”

It was rumored that Jay Z and Foxy Brown had a relationship during the time he was developing Brown as an artist. We  pulled up a couple  of old pics of them together.  Check them out.

 

Jay has been known for his player ways dating video girl, models and everything in-between. We also know the Foxy Brown is known for having several mental disorders aka being crazy!  She’s spit on a hotel maids, crashed her Range Rover and even beaten up a nail tech. So was this just another instance where Miss Brown spazzed out before thinking about the consequences and is trying to lie her way out of it.

Soldiers Arrested For Aiding Boko Haram

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika, on Wednesday said some soldiers and officers of the Nigerian Army had been arrested for conspiring with insurgents in the ongoing face-off between the military and militants.
The COAS however did not give the number of soldiers that were arrested.
Ihejirika said that the affected troops were caught while posting comments he described as "negative" and conversing with terror suspects on the Internet.
He stated, "There are some soldiers that have been found to be posting negative comments on the Internet and some conversing with insurgents.
"I want to state that any officer or soldier caught linked one way or the other will be disciplined severely, there are no two ways about it.
"So the Directorate of Military Intelligence is encouraged to continue to monitor the activities along with military police and other commanders in the field because military service is service of patriotism as I said earlier."
Nigerian troops are currently confronting militants in the three northern states of Yobe, Borno and Adamawa, where President Goodluck Jonathan last week declared a state of emergency in the efforts to rout members of the violent Islamic sect, Boko Haram.
The Army chief spoke at the opening ceremony of the Nigerian Army transformation and Innovation Centre on Personnel Management and Development at the Command Officers Mess, Asokoro, Abuja.
The seminar was held under the leadership of the Chief of Army Transformation and Innovation, Maj. Gen Ibrahim Sani, with the title, "Building Capacity of the Nigerian Army to meet Contemporary Challenges."

He warned that any officers found to be involved in such unacceptable conduct would be made to face the law.

Ihejirika urged the DMI, the investigative arm of the Armed Forces, and the Military Police to put commanders and soldiers in the field of operations under watch.

The Army chief explained that a soldier who gave out information on troops' movement to the insurgents that attacked Mali -bound soldiers at Okene, Kogi State, had been arrested and would be made to face military court-martial.
Two soldiers, a warrant Officer and Corporal were killed in the Okene attack claimed by an Islamic sect.
He said, "Again let me warn; let me also use this opportunity to warn officers and soldiers who indulge in giving out information both from the Army headquarters and other formations; certain vital information that has in one way or the other worked negatively in our operations.

"As you are aware, a soldier gave out information on the movement of our troops to Mali, movement of troops bound for Mali.
"The troops were attacked at somewhere close to Okene; the guy has been apprehended and is going to be court-martialled."
Ihejirika also advised commanders of the various Army formations in the country to exercise caution in dismissing soldiers who had been trained in handling arms.
He said that if offences committed by the affected soldiers were so grave as to prevent the soldiers from being in the unit, a bold step should be taken to jail and to keep away the offender as a result of the security situation.
He said that the Army would not jump into dismissing people as was the case in the past because of the prevailing security situation in the country.
"The situation we are facing today is such that you cannot afford to discard any of them as was the case many years back when we had the luxury to do that.
"It is also for the reason that I have advised commanders to mellow down in dismissing soldiers who are already trained and have acquired enough knowledge of use of arms."
The Army chief, who said that the Nigerian Army had progressed beyond the era of the nation's intervention in the crises in Liberia and Sierra Leone, announced the establishment of a special unit whose focus is to monitor the activities of troops during operations.
He said that the Army was collaborating with the United States AFRICOM, in the quest to have a standing special operations unit which could be transformed into a special brigade.
He also said that the Army had established a standing full-fledged Army Headquarters Reserve Battalion known as 101 battalion and the new battalion would be inaugurated soon.
Ihejirika, who put the strength of the Battalion being led by a Colonel at 100, said that soldiers of the new battalion had been equipped up to 50 per cent of the basic requirement.
He explained that even though the Army might appear to be overstretched, the existence of the new reserve battalion clearly indicated the readiness and preparedness of the Army to take on more challenges.
Ihejirika emphasised the place of capacity building as a vital tool of transformation in the Army.
He said, "This question is about capacity building and it will interest you to know that since the beginning of last year, we embarked on a programme of retraining young officers starting with those who had just passed out of the Defence Academy.
"They go to our counter-terrorist school and do the whole basic counter-terrorism course and acquire the confidence required to undertake counter insurgency operation. We have all the lieutenants now; this time around we will commence with the captains."
