Mack Maine – Windows Halfway Down Freestyle (Unreleased)

Even after an entire mixtape of unreleased material, Mack Mizzle still has a lot of stuff in the stash. This particular freestyle was created circa 2008. If you know anything about Mack’s style, he tends to ramble on in his freestyles typically about nothing focused. It’s all fun and games with no pens or pads.

Nick Cannon Opens Up About Health Issues

In case you haven’t noticed, Nick Cannon hasn’t exactly been the picture of health these past few months. First, he suffered from kidney failure following a family trip to Aspen, only to head back to the hospital a few weeks later for blood clots found in his lungs. Nick told 3m360, “The blood clot thing was probably the scariest because … I’ve known people who have passed away from that.” According to Nick, these health problems stem from a Lupus-like autoimmune disease. He has since stepped down for his morning radio show and says that he’s really just trying to take it easy. As he said, it’s “something I’m going to be living with all my life.” He does point out that “It’s a lot of stuff, but it’s all in order now.”Glad to hear it Nick. With two tiny babies in the house, it would be even more devastating if something were to happen. Plus, he and Mariah Carey are kind of a cute couple in a really bizarre way. But most importantly: “I feel blessed to be alive,” Nick said. “If it wasn’t discovered, I don’t know [what would have happened].”

Kanye West Works With Famed Designer to Release Women's Heel

Kanye West has been steadily juggling hats as music producer and fashion designer for most of 2012.

When he's not creating timeless hits for the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation, Ye's studying under high-end fashion designers like Giuseppe Zanotti. The two worked together on Kanye first women's shoe.

Parisian boutique Collete tweeted a snapshot of the heel to a thunderous reception from the fashion critiques. The shoe is reportedly selling for $5,800. While all the feedback wasn't positive, we know Mr. West won't stop here.

The Chicago native is set to debut his second Kanye West collection on March 6 during Fashion Week in Paris.

3m360 Exclusive! The-Dream on Recording New Music With Jay-Z: "We've Done A Couple Things Already"

3m360 recently caught up with The-Dream to discuss his upcoming projects and one of the most controversial remixes of the year. After Terius admitted to recording a few new records with Jay-Z, the accomplished singer/songwriter refused to elaborate on the details but assured us a new project from Hov is on the way.3m360: The one joint that we do know about is [Rihanna's] "Birthday Cake (Remix)." Were you in the studio with Rihanna when she recorded the remix?

The-Dream: I sure was.

What was that experience like? Did she call you, did you call her?

I did the original one months back for the album, we talked about making sure there was a whole song that basically [got] a reaction from the people that [she] wanted to happen. It was a interlude because it was the last record that I did at the particular time for the album and it came down to one of them last day things and we had to have the whole album mixed and mastered. And so there was nothing else written to it because I didn’t write nothing to it and a lot of people who know me know when I write a record I just write to the first hook. I never write pass that so if you want to do it we'll finish it. If not we waste time trying to do the whole record. And so she cut the record and we had already been talking about trying to get the record finished.
So when she was like 'I need Breezy on this,' what was your reaction?
My initial reaction was like Okaaayyy... not in no bad way or whatever, Rihanna is pretty smart and she knows what she doing, she knows what she wants to do and I’m behind her 100 percent in whatever it is she wants to do and I don’t really care about the......she’s not harming anybody. It’s not really a care of mine to somebody who’s going to speak on it in whatever way, it only matters to me how she feels about what it is she’s doing and for me to try and facilitate that the best way I can.

Brawl Erupts at Young Jeezy Show in Orlando

Concertgoers at a Young Jeezy concert in Orlando over the weekend broke into a fight during which chairs, bottles and even a mic stand went flying in the air, causing the Snowman to exit the stage temporarily.
According to 3m360, dozens of fans took part in a violent brawl at BB Kings Blues Club on Sunday (February 26), which erupted when security asked attendees to move back from the stage. As the rowdy group argued with the security personnel, someone took things a step further by throwing a drink at the stage, eventually kicking off the physical fight.
Jeezy tried to calm the crowd down by speaking on the loudspeaker, but it was useless, so he exited the stage through the back until things died down. It is unclear at press time if anyone suffered any major injuries in the melee.
Sources close to Jeezy told 3m360 the rapper was "very upset" with the venue because he felt they should have done a better job controlling the crowd.

DMX Says " I HATE DRAKE" He Wants to Collaborate With Adele and Sade.

DMX has collaborated with an impressive list of female singers throughout his career including Mary J. Blige, Monica, Faith Evans and the late Aaliyah, the latter whom he crafted the track "Back in One Piece" with and starred alongside in the movieRomeo Must Die (2000).
If X has it his way, he'll be collaborating with a few more famous lady crooners soon, and at the top of his list are two very unlikely choices.
"Sade and Adele," X recently told mmm360.blogspotcom. When asked why, the Dog gave off-the-cuff responses."I love chubby girls," he said in reference to the ultra-talented Adele, who won six Grammys, including Album of the Year, in February. As for Sade: "I love her," he simply said.
This comes after Dark Man X said he was hoping to do a record with Alicia Keys in a separate interview with 3.m360last summer. It's certainly possible, considering that Keys is of course married to Swizz Beatz, a regular collaborator of X's throughout his career. Swizzy even joined X on stage during the Dog's first show back in New York City in years last Thursday (Feb. 23) at SOBs.
A few artists that DMX isn't likely to collaborate with anytime soon are Drake and Jay-Z. In an interview with The Breakfast Club on New York's Power 105.1 radio station last week, X expressed his distaste for both.
"I don't like anything about Drake," X said bluntly. "I don't like his ****** voice. I don't like none of the stuff he talks about. I don't like his face. I don't like the way he walks, like nothing. I don't like his haircut."
He also shared sentiments about how he feels like Hov screwed him over while President of Def Jam.
"How do [Jay-Z] listen to a whole album, pick a single, shoot a video then don't know," said DMX. "Okay, I see what's really good. You tryin' to eliminate the competition."
DMX's Undisputed, his first album in six years, is tentatively due in the second quarter, despite an original release date of March 27.

Ja Rule Speaks From Jail Addresses Drake & Kanye West Singing In Their Music

After selling millions of records in the late ‘90s and early ‘00s, Ja Rule eventually came under fire for singing in his songs - a style that had become a trademark of his sound. Calling in to Ear Candy Mornings from prison, the former Murder Inc. rapper spoke on artists like Drake and Kanye West using that style in their music, and how he supports it.

“I mean, I love it. I love to hear the melodies in the records. Music is music. I think people get that twisted. ‘Ah this is Hip Hop’ or ‘This is rock’ or ‘This is R&B.’ Hip Hop is the only form of music that can mess with all of those sounds and make for good music,” he said. “So when I hear it in the music, I smile. I love to hear it, I love to listen to Drake, I love Kanye - all of these artists who make good music, because that’s what it’s all about. It’s not about putting on a break beat and rhyming over it. That’s where it started, but things elevate, things change. I think I kind of was in that zone. I wouldn’t say I was ahead of my time, because I sold plenty of records doing that.”

Ja, who released his new album Pain is Love 2 yesterday, received backlash for singing in his songs after engaging in a heated beef with 50 Cent, who ridiculed him for using the style in his music. He hinted that Fif later adopted the same style, but noted that it never went away.

“I’ve got all the accolades for it, so I wouldn’t exactly say it was before anyone’s time. I think people enjoyed it and they loved it, and they’re still loving it. I just think it was a situation that I went through and people were led astray, led to believe that the style wasn’t the hot style or whatever. It’s funny, because it’s like someone told you pizza’s disgusting, pizza’s nasty, pizza’s wack. And then they went and sold pizza, and everybody bought it. It’s kind of that scenario, but I’m glad to hear it in the music.”

Erykah Badu Sad But Not Angry Over Malaysian Ban

Soul singer Erykah Badu said Wednesday she holds no grudge against Malaysia's government for barring her from performing after a photograph of her body art offended some Muslims.
More than 1,500 people had bought tickets to watch the Grammy-winning American singer at a Kuala Lumpur auditorium Wednesday, but Malaysia's information minister announced on the eve of the concert that it could not proceed because a promotional photo of Badu with the Arabic word for Allah painted on her bare shoulders was "an insult to Islam."
"It's sad, because we traveled a long way," Badu told a news conference. "But I'm totally understanding of (the minister's) protection of the laws and its people. He doesn't want anything to happen. I'm good with that."
The photograph ignited criticism from some politicians and religious groups in Muslim-majority Malaysia after a newspaper published it Monday in a feature to promote Badu's show. The daily has since apologized for what it called an "oversight" that led to the photo's publication

Erykah issued a statement on her page to address the issue:
My favorite film maker is @alejodorowsky. He made a movie called The holy mountain in the 70s. 1 of his characters is called the painted lady ... She wore all symbols and names of God on her body. I posed as her in a photo shoot for New Am pt2. This idea embodies who we ALL are.. One ... This photo was chosen & edited by the promoters here in Malaysia. They were very responsible to the people and it'sMuslim beliefs ... One particular paper retrieved am unedited photo and printed it along with its article.. This is where the upset began ...The gov. Of Malaysia had to be responsible to its people's beliefs .. Even If it were just 1 or 2 complaints. I understand. It's an election year ... Keep in mind.
Malaysian Information Minister Rais Yatim said Tuesday that the controversy surrounding Badu's photo "could jeopardize national security and cause a negative impact to the government's image.

Bobby Brown-I am Excited About My Performance In Nigeria

Last week, Lagos based Events Company -R28 Events officially announced plans to bring Bobby Brown and his former boy band to Nigeria. With the event just a week away, the question many fans and industry practitioners have been asking is “How did R28 Events get Bobby Brown to come to Nigeria at this time when many American artistes have developed a phobia for the country?”
“We have been in talks with Bobby Brown and BBD’s team since last year, we even went as far as bringing the team to come see what Nigeria has for them, and they sure had a nice time. All we are trying to do is bring the good old times back. We are promising an evening of good music, unbelievable fun and an opportunity to relive the good old times” Gbolahan Balogun spokesperson for R28 told news men in Lagos this week.
And as fans and music lovers gear up for the biggest indoor concert this year, the producers have confirmed the full set of Nigerian artistes who will join New Edition to deliver a world class event. Bonafide Nigerian stars Banky W, eLDee and Omawumi will deliver electrifying sets at the Eko Hotel and Suites on Friday March 9, 2011 while the combo of 2face, Duncan Mighty and Burna Boy will set the Port Harcourt Polo Club on fire on Sunday March 11, 2012.

“I am excited to go to Nigeria and I intend to give them a great performance, we are going to have fun in the motherland.” Bobby Brown says from his base in Boston last week.
Balogun says 39 members of New Edition’s talent, technical and management crew will leave their base in Boston on Tuesday March 6, 2012 to set up in readiness for New Edition’s arrival from LA on Thursday, March 8,.
New Edition will arrive Nigeria with an 11 man crew including sound engineers, backup singers, security personnel, publicists and managers. The entire crew of 50 will work together in Lagos and PH to give Nigerians a rare experience of the New Edition classics.
This is the first time New Edition will be performing in Nigeria, a country where they have millions of fans and followers.
It is also their first time performing on the African continent. We are told they are beyond excited about this trip; looking forward to connecting with African fans and talents – with a clear promise to give Nigerians ‘the concert of their lives’.

Preach On, Sermon: Lil Wayne’s Cry To The World

lil wayne:Amen (cry out)
The life of a big-time celebrity doesn’t equal a care-free world. B.I.G. said it best with “mo money, mo problems”. It’s not just the money that brings forth problems. Your environment plays a good role, and this is something Lil Wayne always knew and displayed exceptionally well on certain records. “Amen (Cry Out)” was one of those memorable Wayne moments that still feels lost amongst the general public in the midst of the best rapper alive era.
Streetrunner laid some of the best production that we’ve heard Mr. Carter use. With “Amen”, there was this melancholy vibe to it the whole time. The soul sample really set the tone in the background. It was perfect for him to lay down this collection of thoughts that take him on a journey of sorrow and self-reflection.

Within the first eight bars, Wayne projected a bit of his childhood and threw in relevant perspective on how New Orleans and black communities are looked at. The first two bars is demonstrating the type of racial profiling he’s experienced by being targeted as a drug dealer for having a beeper. That’s not all as he states a line about “ghetto birds” (bitches) and the government treating them with disrespect despite all the evolving we’ve done as a society. “Livin’ like the videos write a treatment on us” is painting the picture of what the 9th ward really looked like. No cameras but the scene was like something out of a movie.

Throughout, he speaks about various people in his life that have passed away. Most notable would have to be Lil Derrick, nephew of Birdman, who was shot to death in 2006. Weezy opens up about how Derrick was still heavy in the streets. Earlier in the song, there’s a quick story about another friend, Lil Tiggas. Unlike Derrick, Wayne puts it out there about how Hurricane Katrina was responsible for his passing. The list goes on. One thing that he set out to do well was pay tribute to a lot of people in his life that passed.
When the obituary list is complete, there’s one man that Wayne displays hate for: the father he barely knew. “And all I know ‘bout my real pops is that he had money” is not that good of a memory for someone who should’ve been in your life more. Throwing some money his way would never be enough to make up for decades of absence. However, you can hear the passion in his tone when he calls his father a joke and how he turned out fine without his guidance.
“And haters at an all time high
Everybody gotta hate us like a fuckin iPod
Shit and they tried to burn my phantom up, but i got my gun license
I got my hammers up, im ready to shoot like a camera
Stay still mothafucka I’ma have to write my will this summer
Cause if they don’t kill me, I’ma kill this summer”
There’s an interesting notion with that whole section of lines toward haters. Keeping the central theme in the N.O., it’d make sense why the “haters” or community would hate iPods and go as far as want to shoot up Weezy’s Phantom. However, his gangsta is not to be tested in that situation with his guns locked and loaded on any potential issues. The last two lines are a prediction for the future, which appears once again in the last two lines of the entire song; Birdman Jr. declares himself the future of music.

Andre 3000 Kills The Dreams Of A New Outkast Album

3m360: You're a spokesman for Gillette now. How did that partnership come together?
Andre 3000: Gillette is getting into a space where guys are now, where guys are wearing more hair on their faces. If you watch the history of Gillette, they pretty much stayed on the path of the clean-shaven guy. This is the first time in their history, in like 110 years, that they've ever had guys in ads with hair on their faces. It's a changing of the times and it says a lot about Gillette; they're kind of moving with fashion.
3m360: I dig it. And you're resurrecting your clothing line, Benjamin Bixby?
Andre 3000: Yes! But it will just be named Bixby this time. It's going to be real exciting, I can't say too much about it, but I can say this year and next year there's going to be a lot of cool things coming from me fashion-wise. Bixby is one of them. Also musically, sound-wise, and fashion. You'll see a lot of releases.
3m360: So does that mean we can expect to hear the album we've all be waiting on?
Andre 3000: It depends on which album you're talking about.
3m360: A new 'Kast album!
Andre 3000: There's been a lot of talk on the Internet about an OutKast album and I have to say that as of now, there are no plans for another OutKast album. There's a lot of music on the horizon. I've been living off the excitement of new artists. I've been privileged to have these new artists kind of reach out and grab back and say, "Hey, Andre, we want you on this song." So I've been taking those calls and for the last two years, I've been doing collaborations. So these new artists have kind of been keeping me alive. I've just really been feeding off of that and this year I think I'm planning to do a solo project. I don't know when it will come out, but hopefully it'll come out this year. As far as OutKast, I really don't know if or when that will happen.
3m360: What's the new solo album going to be like?
Andre 3000: The only thing I can really say is I'm going to get back to having fun because that's what it was all about when I started this in high school—with OutKast—those were like high school dreams. I'm 36 now, so I have grown-man dreams. This album will just be me being myself as normal.
3m360: Random question: Drake quotes your song, "Spottieottiedopaliscious," and says, "Who else wants to fuck with Hollywood Cole." I've had heated debates with Atlanta natives who say it's "Hollywood Court" [a notoriously tough Atlanta project building.] Settle the debate once and for all!
Andre 3000: Holly Court. And it's funny because J. Cole sampled it [playing off of the word "Cole"]. When they asked for clearance, I told him and his team that I wasn't saying "Cole," that I was saying "Court," but they wanted to use it anyway. [laughs] So I was like, "Okay."
3m360: What do you think is the biggest misconception about you?
Andre 3000: I've never gotten that question. This biggest misconception... that it's easy for me, I guess, is the biggest misconception. People think you kind of ride on this wave, this non-human wave, and I think that's kind of wrong to put that on entertainers. But I think that's a big thing for me. People talk about Andre 3000, they talk about fashion, they talk about film, they talk about music, and it's almost like they put you in this place, but it's work. It's hard work just like anything else.
3m360: At this point in your career, after the sold out shows, movies, diamond-selling records, what keeps you inspired?
Andre 3000: Creating. Creating. But it's always been that. It's funny, I don't even consider myself a rapper, I don't consider myself a designer, or even an actor. I kind of got that opportunity through the opportunities I had before. I was acting before I started rapping. These things just came. I just like creating stuff and trying to make good work, whatever it is. I don't care if it's designing toothbrushes. It's just making cool stuff to leave behind, that's all it is, it's nothing more.
3m360: You're a perfectionist. Would you change anything about any of your songs?
Andre 3000: I couldn't. I really couldn't change anything. As an artist you can sit and tinker with stuff forever. You can add and take away but I think that's kind of the importance of having someone over you saying, "We need this, this is a deadline." Sometimes those oppositions or those who push and pull are needed because we'll just sit and tinker forever. There are actually songs on The Love Below that were not finished, but that's how they are, that's how it came out.
3m360: Like the last track, "A Life in the Day of Benjamin André (Incomplete)."
Andre 3000: Exactly! We were up like three days straight drinking Red Bull or whatever, finishing that album. I just knew I wanted to put that on there, but it wasn't done, but it was enough.
3m360: Expectations for your next album couldn't be higher. What are you most afraid of?
Andre 3000: The biggest fear is me thinking about it too much—and that's why I'm just trying to catch the energy just like I've done before. What you all have heard before, I was not thinking, I was just going on cruise control. I was just going at it like any artist. When you look at the Wayne, when you look at the Kanye... I can tell when an artist is in the zone because they're not thinking and that's when you're at your best. So I'm just hoping, at this point, I don't let my history get in front of my future. You know what I mean?

Andre 3000: There’s been a lot of talk on the Internet about an OutKast album and I have to say that as of now, there are no plans for another OutKast album. There’s a lot of music on the horizon. I’ve been living off the excitement of new artists. I’ve been privileged to have these new artists kind of reach out and grab back and say, “Hey, Andre, we want you on this song.” So I’ve been taking those calls and for the last two years, I’ve been doing collaborations. So these new artists have kind of been keeping me alive. I’ve just really been feeding off of that and this year I think I’m planning to do a solo project. I don’t know when it will come out, but hopefully it’ll come out this year. As far as OutKast, I really don’t know if or when that will happen.

3m360: What’s the new solo album going to be like?
Andre 3000: The only thing I can really say is I’m going to get back to having fun because that’s what it was all about when I started this in high school—with OutKast—those were like high school dreams. I’m 36 now, so I have grown-man dreams. This album will just be me being myself as normal

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH THE KOKO MASTER ABOUT HIS NEW PATNERSIP WITH GOOD MUSIC :D’banj – ‘Why Kanye West Likes Me’

BY DR LORI
curled from THE NET

African pop star D’banj’s February 19 performance at the New York City’s Irving Plaza has kept on receiving rave reviews from local and more international media.
As The Entertainer marked his formal US debut , MTV Iggy caught up with the Mo’Hits act as he talked about working with his G.O.O.D Music record label boss Kanye West, why he feels he’s already broken out and how he feels bringing Nigerian music to a more global audience.
How does it feel to be bringing Nigerian music to a more global audience?
With the reception I’ve gotten, I’d like to say, not like I was nervous, I just hoped and prayed that people would come with an open mind, that they can listen. And I saw that today, they came with their hearts, they came with their minds. I’m only grateful to God that that’s the beginning. Seeing this, I’m now eager to move around and continue the gospel.

What is your next step toward world domination?
To go on the road. America, for one. Even with this crowd, they’ve already shown us that there is massive audience for me here. I thought I was in New York City, but I’m seeing New Jersey, I’m seeing Maryland, I’m seeing Houston. I already have bookings in Houston. It’s just a big privilege and I’m so humbled. I can’t wait to just gladly take the music there to touch them.
A lot of American artists and rappers are working specifically with Nigerian musicians.
What do you think it is that attracts them to that scene?
I think it’s not just now, and it’s not just about one or two things. First, I give a lot of thanks to a lot of people who have come before me. For one, I would say it’s not just even rappers. If you look at what happened here in New York for the last twenty four months, with Fela Anikulapo Kuti on Broadway [the musical FELA!]. I was fortunate to be at Radio City Music Hall during the Tony Awards. It was nominated for eleven awards.
Also, it’s our culture, It’s what we’re preaching, the music, for one, as you know, the sound. It’s not like I want to blow our trumpet, but I always say we came up and we already have sounds and melody and now we’re seeing the aggression.
If you had to describe the difference between performing in Lagos versus anywhere else in the world, what would you say?
Wow. With today, I wouldn’t say it’s any different. Today my people showed me here, people appreciate good music. Good music is universal.
Is there something in Lagos that sets the scene apart?
It’s very real. It’s very real and very original. You know, people are asking me if I’m going to change and I say, ‘What Kanye likes about me is that I’m very original’. Even the way I call my name: ‘I’m D’Banj!” And I don’t want to change that.
That’s what we all have in Africa. You know that we’re blessed with a lot of natural resources. We’re blessed with things like oil, and also we have talents. They say we’re a developing continent. Well, we have been developing. Now, we are developed.
You are already recording with Kanye West.
What is it like being in the studio with him?
I came with a mind-set to learn. Also, to show my culture, but more importantly to learn. In the studio the chemistry was great. You know, music is universal. I’ve been in the studio with people who don’t speak English, but, at the end of the day, I love melody. I’ve gained a lot from him, that’s the main reason I’m here.
Do you have a place here in New York?
I do, but I’m not a New York fan. The weather is a bit crazy. I like ATL, it reminds me of Africa. Anytime I stop by the ATL, I like it. The roads are wider and I love the weather. Miami too.
Who is going to be the video for ‘Oliver Twist?’ I heard there would be some cameos.
A lot of cameos. I’ll give you a hint: my new family members.
How did you choose the harmonica as your instrument?
Oh, I didn’t choose the harmonica. My late brother chose the harmonica.
And you play it because of him? Did he teach you?
No, no one taught me. Later, when I studied it, I learned that it’s such a spiritual instrument.
Coming from even way back, from the era of the slave trade. It was one of the very rare instruments that Africans, now African-Americans could play. It was one of the few things that they could do, people that were stuck over here. But even for people that were not African-Americans, it stood for something that was more natural. Like, if you listen to country music a lot of them play the mouth organ and the harmonica.
Are you going to be doing something really different on the new album?
I really don’t know. I’m exploring. I’m going to be doing rock now. I’m doing a rock song! Don’t you believe I can rock?
Tell me about Kokomobile. You have a branded cell phone on the market in Nigeria?
Yes, I do. Well, my brand is called ‘Koko’. It comes from the song on my first album. And people say, ‘Well, what is the koko?’ The Koko is whatever you do to derive pleasure. It is the bone of contention. So, people started calling me the Koko Master. Today, no one knows its specific definition.
But now I have the Koko Lounge, my club in Lagos, Nigeria. And I have Koko Garri, my breakfast cereal.
What will it take to bring Nigerian music to a mainstream audience in the US?
I think it’s already happening. It’s happened. I walked around; I saw the pictures of the people that have performed here [at Irving Plaza], The Beastie Boys, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, on the same stage. So, it’s already started.
The thing I love about Americans is they’re open to good music. If it sounds good to them and it looks good, they’ll buy it.
If you could collaborate with anyone, who would it be?
I like Rihanna

Did Rick Ross murder someone?Rick Ross’ Home Investigated In Murder Case

It doesn't seem so, but 39-year-old Gregory Paul Nesbitt was found shot dead outside the rapper's Miami home early Wednesday morning. His body was located just inside the gate on the front lawn, and his car was nearby.
Ross lives elsewhere, using the home as a combo guest house and recording studio. Investigators say he wasn't present at the time of the shooting.
Still, they want to speak to him, according to the Miami New Times. He's not a suspect, but he could have information on who should be considered one.
Police will likely contact Rick Ross about the murder through his attorneys, as it's almost never a good idea to openly speak to law enforcement about a crime committed at your home unless you are the victim. They'll likely want to know if he knew Nesbitt, and if he can identify a vehicle one witness claims was seen driving away from the scene.
Investigators are also likely to be interested to know if Nesbitt has any connection to Ross' less than legal activities. He's been arrested on gun, assault and marijuana charges, and once claimed to be affiliated with Carol City Cartel and other local gang members.
It's incredibly suspicious when someone is murdered at the home of someone with a known criminal past.
We'll likely know more in a few days about just what Nesbitt was doing at the home of Rick Ross. Murder investigations take some time, so there will be no instant results.Ross was not present during the shooting and is not considered a suspect, but investigators want to talk to him anyway since the murder happened on his property. Let’s hope the Teflon Don has nothing to do with this unfortunate incident

FRESH LAD

By Lori Tosan

Last week I stumbled on a very intestine personality in Abuja, a young vibrant rapper, versatile with the flows, pragmatic with the word play
So who is Fresh Lad?
First of all i have to start by saying my name, which is Adegbe George.
But my stagename, which is also my nick name is Freshlad Shinobi. I am
currently a student of Mechanical Engineering in Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria. I was born on 15th April, 1992. I am the second
child in an Idoma family of 8 children.
How did your music career start?
I've always loved music,
especially Rap music, since i was at least 6 years old. I used to rap a lot of Ja Rule songs then. I was a big fan. Then i fell in love with
50 Cent and he was a big inspiration to me. Unlike most artistes, I never sang in my church choir but i was in a clique in my junior
secondary school and we used to go around to parties and we'ld sing and
mime to other people's songs. I knew a lot of rap songs in my head but
it wasnt till i was 12 years old that i wrote my first rap song. Even
though it was gospel and a little childish(the song i mean), people
loved it in my neighbourhood and in my school. It was from then on that
i decided to pick up a career in music as a professional rapper. Since
then.
Do u have your own songs?
i have written not less than 100 songs. There's been no stopping me. Writing songs come to me as easy as breathing. I've been going to
music studios with other musician friends of mine, but i hadnt recorded
my own song till 2 years ago. My first ever song to be recorded in a
music studio was Hot Profile. It was recorded mixed and mastered by
Modexty of Rough Icons Studio, Lagos. Since then, i've recorded 8
songs. Most of them, with the instrumental of other songs, which I liked. i'm just doing that to prove to the populace that i could i

could actually do better than the original owner, with that
instrumental. And most people that have listened to my mixtapes

Why do u like doing mixtapes?
actually like mine than the original songs. I am a spontaneous person always eager to bust a rhyme, spit verses on any 16 bars, but still I've done a few
collaborations with some friends in my neighbourhood and i've also
performed in some parties, events and shows. Though the events aren't the big and publicised types. I have due respect for every rapper inhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

Nigeria. But i believe that they are not good enough. I believe thathttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif
with my style of rap and the way my rhymes are being coordinated

What are your projections for the future?
I WOULD be the next big thing in the music industry, if given the
platform to exhibit my talent, I am not signed to any label yet but I am open to do business with any body who want to do business u can reach me on these numbers 08163725080, reverbnation/freshlad
