#1 Improved Blood Circulation

Showering with cold water is able to improve the blood circulation between your organs considerably. The thing is that you are kind ofcheating your body when taking cold showers as you are sending the signals to your nervous system about the danger of cold. The consequences are that blood starts circulating more therefore sending warmth to your entire body. Interchanging cold and hot showers is even a better way to accelerate blood circulation. But if you are a freshman in it, you better start with simply 2-3 minutes of just cold water and proceed with interchanging cold and hot showers with some time.

18th Annual Mark Twain Prize For Humor
As Eddie Murphy accepted the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on Sunday night, he did something delightfully unexpected: a Bill Cosby impression. It was part of a mini stand-up set that Murphy performed upon receiving his Twain bust at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. "Bill has one of these," Murphy said, according to the WashingtonPost, referencing Cosby's 2009 honor andrecent sex-abuse scandals in the same breath. "Did you all make him give it back?" He proceeded in Cosby's voice: "You may have heard recently that I allegedly put the pill in the people's stomach ... If I ever see or meet this Hannibal Buress in person I am going to try and kill this man!"

Like Michelle Marshall, the photographer who captured Black redheads around the world with the MC1R gene, Angelina d’Auguste wanted her final thesis at the Fashion Institute of Technology to include people who were diagnosed with albinism. Drawing inspiration from Shaun Ross, the first American male model with albinism, d’Auguste directed her attention to the condition for her senior thesis project in order to “captivate people by showing the unseen.”
