Hillary Clinton's defense of her personal email server just got a little weaker

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton has repeatedly claimed that she never sent or received information as US secretary of state that was marked classified at the time.
It may not matter.
There is more evidence that the information Clinton sent and received on her private server was automatically classified during her time as secretary of state — even though it wasn't marked classified until this year.

Texas police are scrambling to order more body cameras after deputies shoot a man who may have been surrendering


Another police-involved shooting has raised critical questions about police use of force and highlighted the necessity of police body cameras in investigating such encounters.
On Friday, a domestic disturbance call in Texas quickly escalated into a lethal confrontation with police.
During the call, two Bexar County sheriff's deputies encountered 41-year-old Gilbert Flores outside a home in San Antonio. According to Sheriff Susan Pamerleau, deputies found an injured woman and 18-month-old child inside the home.

The last six decades have been a period of rapid urbanization. More than half of the world’s population now live in cities and towns, compared to just over a third in 1955. And that figure is expected to grow to two-thirds by 2050: a projected additional 2.5 billion people living in urban areas.
At the moment around half of all urban dwellers live in cities of fewer than 500,000 inhabitants. Only one in eight live in one of the world’s 28 “mega-cities” – i.e. one with a population of more than 10 million.
The profile of the world’s largest cities has changed dramatically over the past 60 years, as revealed in these charts based on UN data.

The shooting Aug. 18 in the St. Louis suburb also left Jamyla's 34-year-old mother wounded. After searching more than a week, authorities charged a 21-year-old O'Fallon man with second-degree murder and several other felonies.
