JUSTICE SERVED:Monster who raped & burned 8 year old boy found guilty of murder

In 1998, Don Collins (pictured left), then just 13 years old doused 8 year old Robbie Middleton (pictured right) with gasoline and lit him on fire. Prosecutors said yesterday Feb. 9th that Collins carried out the horrific attack, which happened on Robbie's 8th birthday - to stop him from reporting sexual abuse. Robbie suffered burns over 99% of his body.

Collins wasn't arrested immediately even though Robbie had identified him as his attacker. There wasn't much evidence against him, and especially because of his age. Robbie endured over 150 surgeries before finally succumbing to skin cancer after a life of agony. But before he died in 2011, he told the police that Collins had raped him two weeks before the attack.

Don Collins, now 29, was convicted of murder yesterday Monday. 9th, more than 16 years after the incident. He was charged as an adult for the crime.

The victim’s mother, who testified during the trial, rejoiced following the verdict.
“It’s a long time coming,” Colleen Middleton told KPRC TV. “I’m happy today’s here.”

Nick Gordon explains the bruises found on Bobbi Kristina's face

Last week it was revealed that Bobbi Kristina's live-in boyfriend Nick Gordon was the target of a criminal investigation after the 21 year old was found submerged in a bathtub with mysterious bruises to her mouth, face and chest. Police said the injuries raised their concerns, especially after they heard that Bobbi and Nick had a history of violence in their relationship. The couple's friend Max Lomas also told police that Nick was acting strangely before they found Bobbi Kristina.

Nick has kinda explained how the injuries got on Bobbi Kristina. A friend told Radar Online Nick claims the bruises came from his CPR efforts after she was found unresponsive.

It's also being reported that police were called to Bobbi Kristina's residence about a week before the incident for a domestic disturbance but when police arrived no one was home.

Bruce Jenner Crash Fatality Victim Identified as the Kardashians' Neighbor Kim Howe

Bruce Jenner
The sole fatality from the four-car accident involvingBruce Jenner on Saturday, Feb. 7 has been identified as Kim HoweThe Los Angeles Timesreports. Howe was a neighbor of the famous Kardashian-Jenner clan, who live in Calabasas, Calif.
She was 69 at the time of her death.
Howe was driving her Lexus when she collided with a Toyota Prius that had slowed down, and Jenner then rear-ended her Lexus with his Cadillac Escalade, causing Howe’s car to go into oncoming traffic.
The former Olympian, 65, issued a statement following the accident, saying, “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
As was previously reported, Jenner took an on-site breathalyzer test, which he passed, and since then a search warrant was issued for the reality star’s phone to see if he was texting at the time of the crash.
"The evidence will show that Bruce was not texting at the time of the accident," Jenner’s publicist Alan Nierob told the AP late Sunday.

How To Jump-Start A Stalled Sex Drive

How To Jump-Start A Stalled Sex Drive
Each month, Yahoo Health’s Hormone Whisperer Alisa Vitti, HHC, is answering the most common questions about hormones and how they relate to weight, sex, acne, bad moods, low energy, and everything in between.
THE QUESTION: My sex drive is in park. How can I jump-start it?
ALISA’S ANSWER: My favorite things to talk about are science, sex, and power — and how, for women, hormones are the magical key to unlocking all potential. So, dear reader, this question is a great place for me, Yahoo Health’s Hormone Whisperer, to start.
Before I answer the question, I want us to get to know each other really well. I’m a total geek when it comes to hormonal biochemistry, functional nutrition, endocrinology, epigenetics, and neuropsychology. I’ve spent the past 15 years studying, researching, personally applying, and globally teaching how to stop hormonal chaos and get into hormonal flow. I built a cool health company that takes care of women’s hormonal issues online called FLO Living, published a book called WomanCode, and presented on Dr. Oz, Summit, Google, and TEDx. While I’m super science-minded, I’m also totally irreverent, and have been known to drop F-bombs on stage in excitement from looking at the breathtakingly genius design of a kidney. I’m also known to do rituals on the new and full moon, and wear tight, black dresses with colorful aprons in my kitchen — all with my baby girl on my hip and my Italian grandmother’s olive-wood spoon in hand.
But I’m not just a sometimes-potty-mouthed, curvaceous, home-cooking, first-generation sexy mama, functional nutritionist, and hormone super-nerd — I also had a major hormonal breakdown that changed my life while I was a 20-year-old student at Johns Hopkins University. (You can learn more about that by watching my TEDx talk.) In this new column, I’ll answer your questions about why your body and hormones are driving you crazy and what you can do naturally to get them to behave. Armed with science, let’s end the quiet suffering we think we are meant to endure, and get you back into what I like to call hormonal “FLO.” You don’t have to be a victim to these allegedly mysterious hormones — you can leverage them to get everything you want out of life.
OK — now back to the question!
With 50 Shades of Grey about to hit the silver screen, we’ll all be thinking a bit more about sex beyond the usual Valentine’s day swooning. Sadly, with all the hot sex scenes in store, some of us still might be left feeling cold.
Low libido is not just your mother’s problem anymore. With stress and diet disrupting hormonal flow, an increasing number of younger women are finding themselves either uninterested in sex or sub-responsive to stimulation. Either scenario is a big bummer!
More and more women coming to my virtual center are reporting that their sex drive barely exists whether they are single or coupled, with or without kids. Having no to low libido is a common symptom that sometimes stands on its own, but more often than not is accompanied by other factors: fertility struggles, menstrual difficulties, adrenal fatigue, and/or low energy.
The FLO Science: The Cause Of Your Sluggish Sex Drive
As I see it, there are three reasons your sex drive is stalled:
  1. Micronutrients: Not eating enough of the right foods with protein, carbohydrates, and fats puts your entire hormonal system in a suboptimal state. If you are chronically on a diet or detox, you may be cutting your sex drive off at the knees. There’s a reason why men associate sex appeal to a woman with curves. The presence of curves means you have enough nutrition left over for your sex drive! Without proper foods, you won’t be making enough testosterone, dopamine, estrogen, and progesterone to put you in prime biochemical position to either be in the mood or to have quality orgasms.
  2. Medications: If you’re on the Pill, antidepressants, or another medication, these could be important factors when it comes to your sex drive and your hormonal balance — as very often a side effect is the decrease in sexual desire. Talk to your doctor about this, and partner with other practitioners to find the right kind of support and possibly wean off what is not necessary.
  3. Mindset:  Getting turned on is not as simple as pushing a button. The fear- and anxiety-producing part of the brain — the amygdala — needs to be turned off in order for a woman to get turned on. It requires turning off the worrywart circuits in the female brain to have an orgasm. Too much stress and too much demand on your mental and physical energy results in the depletion of your poor little adrenal glands, the powerhouse glands that are responsible for the output of your stress hormones and most of your testosterone, which is where that desire for sex comes from. Increased output of stress hormones means decreased output of juicy sex hormones. You do the math.
The FLO Fix: 7 Ways To Naturally Boost Your Libido
Now that you’ve identified what might be causing your low sex drive, let’s talk about practical tools you can begin using now to get your sexy back.
  1. Support your adrenal glands. If you’re facing a demanding work schedule, you’ll need to take extra good care of your body, particularly your adrenal glands. Vitamin B5, Ashwagandha, and Rhodiola are my favorite adrenal support supplements. And food-wise, the adrenals love sea veggies, black beans, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds..
  2. Take N-Acetyl Cysteine. It’s the precursor to glutathione, which is the mother of all antioxidants, and will help your intestines recover from the Pill’s inflammatory and micronutrient-depleting side effects, as well as help you manufacture more nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is the chemical secreted during orgasmic plateau and post climax, although more is secreted during orgasmic plateau (check out this article for more), and will help you have stronger orgasms!
  3. Prioritize your pleasure.  Adding pleasure to your day in simple, non-sexual ways can greatly improve your ability to feel pleasure in the bedroom. Try bringing flowers to your desk or playing music you love during your morning commute. Indulge in body lotions or perfumes (organic, of course!) that make you feel beautiful. Get regular massages. All of these things can help decrease stress hormones and improve your receptivity for and attention to pleasurable experiences.
  4. Take more time to get to your climax. The hormones secreted during the orgasmic plateau phase (before climax) will actually improve overall endocrine function and hormone balance — helping to heal your stressed-out adrenals and even decrease libido-crushing mood swings during PMS. This means using your vibrator less and using your lube more.
  5. Meditate. Just learning how to disengage from your “inner worrier” can help you tune in to your inner warrior sex goddess!
  6. Do some hip circles. Spending time seated all day causes the blood to stagnate in the pelvic area — not good! Get up every hour from your desk and do 20 seconds’ worth of hip circles before getting back to work. You’ll replenish this area with oxygen and your bigger orgasm will await.
  7. Eat kale! Too much estrogen makes us not in the mood — but kale can help bring those elevated levels down. Gobble up those greens, help your body metabolize and excrete estrogen more efficiently, and get your mojo back.
Good things come in threes: I want to hear from you in the comments!
First, tell me what you’re going to try from my prescription above, and why.
Second, what are your top health questions for me, your trusty Hormone Whisperer? Your question could be featured in my column!
Third, everyone you know is hormonal: Spread a little good ovary karma and share this article with your friends on social media, and be sure to follow me on FacebookTwitter,Pinterest, and Instagram.
Need more hormone help? If you’re “not in the mood” all that often, it’s time you started looking into what’s going on with your hormones. I’ve designed a quiz to help you understand exactly what’s out of whack and how you can start getting back to balance so your sex drive no longer has to suffer. Sign up for it here.

Concerns over Bobbi Kristina's estate emerge as police investigate possible foul play

In this Aug. 16, 2012, file photo, Bobbi Kristina Brown attends the Los Angeles premiere of "Sparkle" at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles...
As family members gather around a comatose Bobbi Kristina Brown, Atlanta area police have reportedly launched a criminal investigation into how the 21-year-old wound up unresponsive in her bathtub about a week ago.

What initially appeared to be an eerily tragic homage to her mother, singer Whitney Houston, who drowned in a bathtub almost three years ago, is now showing signs of foul play. According to recent news reports, Brown apparently sustained injuries before the bathtub incident.

According to reports, the police investigation is targeted at Nick Gordon, Brown’s boyfriend, who along with his friend Max Lomas reportedly discovered Bobbi Kristina face-down in the bathtub at her Atlanta home.

Brown’s relationship with Gordon has been subject to both family and public scrutiny. Not long after Houston’s death in 2012, Brown revealed she was romantically involved with the young man her mother had taken in about 10 years earlier. Gordon had lived with the family since he was 12 years old, but Houston never officially adopted him — a fact Bobbi Kristina pointed to in defending their relationship on social media.

But not all of Brown’s family members were convinced by this rationale. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey last year, Whitney’s sister-in-law, Marion “Pat” Houston, admitted the relationship “just didn’t sit right with me.”

“I always looked at them as being, you know, the brother-and-sister type,” Houston said. “I just did not see the relationship moving in that direction.”

As the only child of Whitney Houston and her ex-husband, singer Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina is her mother’s sole heir — which might explain why some family members seem to be pre-emptively countering any attempt Gordon might make to claim Whitney’s fortune.

Despite their wearing rings and referring to each other as husband and wife in public and on social media, Bobby Brown’s lawyer said, in a statement to ABC News this week, that “Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon.”

Even before last weekend’s tragic events, the Houstons seemed determined to distance themselves — and Bobbi Kristina — from Gordon. Houston, who is married to Whitney’s brother Gary, is the executor of Bobbi Kristina’s trust fund. In April of last year, she obtained a restraining order against Gordon. According to the police report she filed, Gordon made threats against her and other relatives after she denied his request to increase Bobbi Kristina’s monthly allowance. The court-issued protective order barred Gordon from contacting Houston or her “immediate family” for one year.

25 people killed in Egyptian soccer match riot

A riot broke out Sunday night outside of a major soccer game in Egypt, with a stampede and fighting between police and fans killing at least 25 people, authorities said.

Two security officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said at least 25 people were killed.
The riot, only three years after similar violence killed 74 people, began ahead of a match between Egyptian Premier League clubs Zamalek and ENPPI at Air Defense Stadium east of Cairo. Such attacks in the past have sparked days of protests pitting the country's hard-core fans against police officers in a nation already on edge after years of revolt and turmoil.
The violence comes as police face increasing scrutiny following the shooting death of a female protester in Cairo and the arrest of protesters under a law heavily restricting demonstrations. President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi has pledged to bring stability to Egypt amid bombings and attacks by Islamic militants, but also has said Egypt's emergency situation meant that some violations of human rights were inevitable, if regrettable.
Egypt's public prosecutor issued a statement ordering an investigation. After convening an emergency meeting to discuss the violence, the Cabinet announced that it was postponing upcoming soccer matches until further notice, Egypt's state television said.
What caused the violence wasn't immediately clear. Security officials said Zamalek fans tried to force their way into the match without tickets, sparking clashes. Fans have only recently been allowed back at matches and the Interior Ministry planned to let only 10,000 fans into the stadium, which has a capacity of about 30,000, the officials said.

A fan who tried to attend the game, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity out of fear of being targeted by police, said that the stampede was caused by police who fired tear gas at the tightly packed crowd.
Zamalek fans, known as "White Knights," posted on their group's official Facebook page that the violence began because authorities only opened one narrow, barbed-wire door to let them in. They said that sparked pushing and shoving that later saw police officers fire tear gas and birdshot.
"Those who fell down could not get back up again," the man said.
The Zamalek fan group later posted pictures on Facebook it claimed were of dead fans, including the names of 22 people it said had been killed. The AP could not immediately verify the images.
Egypt's hard-core soccer fans, known as Ultras, frequently clash with police inside and outside of stadiums. They are deeply politicized and many participated in the country's 2011 uprising that forced out President Hosni Mubarak. Many consider them as one of the most organized movements in Egypt after the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, which the government later outlawed as a terrorist organization following the 2013 military overthrow of Islamist President Mohammed Morsi.

Two police officers later received 15-year prison sentences for gross negligence and failure to stop the Port Said killings, a rare incident of security officials being held responsible for deaths in the country. Seven other officers were acquitted, angering soccer fans who wanted more police officers to be held accountable for the incident and other episodes of violence.
The deadliest riot in Egypt soccer history came during a 2012 match when Port Said's Al-Masry team hosted Cairo's Al-Ahly. That riot, at the time the deadliest worldwide since 1996, killed 74 people, mostly Al-Ahly fans.
In response, angry fans burned down the headquarters of Egypt's Football Association, also protesting its decision to resume matches before bringing those behind that 2012 riot to justice. They've also protested and fought officers outside of the country's Interior Ministry, which oversees police in the country

Peek inside a Gucci heiress's Moroccan-flavored California desert compound

For a $7.5 million three-house compound designed by an heiress to an Italian fashion dynasty, Patricia Gucci's Moroccan-flavored home in the Southern California desert is surprisingly unpretentious.
The couches look comfortably squashy. Bedroom walls are stenciled with fanciful birds or a golden sun in place of ornate headboards. The kitchen is warm and approachable, with blue tile countertops and stained wood cabinets.
It's even on the discount rack, so to speak: Gucci has been trying to sell it since at least 2012, when she listed it at $9 million. Now it's on the market for $7.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Gucci — daughter of Aldo Gucci and granddaughter of Gucci company founder Guccio Gucci — bought a one-bedroom home on the site in 1993, tearing it down and adding acreage as she built the compound on the outskirts of Joshua Tree National Park. She lived here full time with her family of three daughters for years, according to the Los Angeles Times.
She has since moved her home base to Switzerland, necessitating a sale: "My life and family are in Europe now, and I no longer have time to enjoy this little corner of paradise," she told the Wall Street Journal in 2012.
The property, called La Casa Azzurra ("blue house" in Italian), also appears to be available as a vacation rental. The website says that rates are available only upon request and that visitors must stay at least two weeks, but a listing on TripAdvisor says the price starts at $3,250 a night.
