Nick and Mariah The Cost of Emancipation from Mimi

0116-mariah-carey-nick-cannon-tmz-04
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have a prenup with a confidentiality clause ... and if she blabs out of school she gets socked for twice what he'd have to pay if he violates it.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... if Nick violates the confidentiality clause he has to pay her a $250,000 penalty, but if she spills the beans she has to pay him $500K.

And the prenup makes it clear ... Mariah came into the marriage with a boatload of money ... Nick, not so much.

The prenup says Mariah is worth $150 million ... she has so much, $30 million is listed as "miscellaneous." Nick came into the marriage in 2008 with a little less than $500K.

He's done well since then, making millions on his various projects, but when they married he ended up buying her engagement ring for $500,000 but took a loan out for $470K. The ring was reportedly worth $2.5 mil, but that's not what he paid.

As we reported ... they've already worked out a full property settlement agreement

Jordin Sparks talks Jason Derulo split, says he just stopped picking her calls

During an interview with Power 105’s The Breakfast Club yesterday, Singer Jordin Spark, who split from Jason Derulo in July 2014, revealed that he broke up with her and never said a word to her again! She said she didn't even know they were officially broken up when he decided to call it quits.

Jordin said after a big argument one day, Jason left the house they shared. She said she'd apologized to him before he left, so she assumed everything was fine. After she didn't hear from him for several hours, she called his phone but he never responded. She said she kept calling him but he never called back or contact her for a long time. Then she sent him a text and told him to get his things out of her house (he was living with her). She said he came and got his things and that was the last time she heard from him.

About the car that Jason said he bought for her and wanted back, Jordin said she did get a BMW as a gift from him but later found out that he leased the vehicle. She said she took the car back to BMW dealership and bought herself a brand new Jeep for her birthday (which she showed off on Instagram - above). She said no hard feeling, she wishes him well and said he isn’t a bad guy.

Bad deal exposes Nigeria’s fake miracle syndicate

miracle syndicate
When God revealed it to the presiding pastor (Pastor and church’s identities withheld) of one of the Pentecostal churches in Ogba area of Lagos to organize a week long crusade last December, the man of God must have probably anticipated that God was planning to perform major miracles that would catapult his ministry to the next level.
Indeed, miracles were not in short supplies at the crusade. However, the supposed miracles, as it turned out, have little or nothing to do with the church beyond the fact of the church being the host of the crusade where the ‘wonders’ took place.
As it appears, God has only decided to use the church in question as a base to launch an assault against the wolves who parade themselves in sheep skin and to sanitize the Christendom which is being infiltrated by impostors who fake miracles with the sole intention of deceiving unsuspecting Christian faithful for selfish motive.
No fewer than four members of a syndicate which specializes in stage-managing miracles in churches in the country are currently squealing on some pastors of notable churches they work for in the country as well as some of the miracles that they have conjured in conjunction with their accomplices.
Undoubtedly, nothing short of a divine intervention would have been responsible for the arrest of the suspects who are currently furnishing the police with information about their modus operandi, past exploits and their accomplices.
Sunday Sun reliably gathered that the church where the miracles took place had organized a week long programme during which a Ghanaian pastor (name withheld) was invited as a guest minister. The Ghanaian pastor, it was learnt, ministered for most part of the programmes during which a number of miracles was said to have taken place.
The Ghanaian pastor, however, returned to Ghana a day before the last day of the crusade while the host pastor carried on with the programme. At the end of the programme, Sunday Sun gathered that a man and woman approached the host pastor from whom they requested to meet the Ghanaian pastor who they thought was the real pastor of the church. “They were shocked to discover that the Ghanaian pastor was only invited to minister during the programme,” a source who craved anonymity disclosed.
Having recovered from their shocks “they informed the host pastor that the Ghanaian pastor hired them to stage-manage miracles that took place during the programme and promised to pay them the sum of N250,000 which he never did before he left. They later demanded that the host pastor pay them the said amount since their acts were staged in the church, a demand the pastor declined, insisting he knew nothing about it.” Sunday Sun further learnt that the host pastor would later call the Ghanaian pastor who allegedly denied knowing or contracting the gang.
Confused by the turn of event, the host pastor called to inform one of his friends, a pastor who advised him to report the matter to the police since the people insisted they would not leave until they were paid for the services they rendered. “So he pretended to play along with them and succeeded in getting them arrested along with two other suspects.
Among those arrested are two men who gave their names as Joshua Ifeanyi and Kazeem Akinwale and two women who identified themselves as Mary Arikawe and Kemi Adeniyi. The suspects who are currently being held at the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID Panti, Yaba, Sunday Sun was reliably informed are members of a syndicate which operates across the country. “They have confessed to be members of a syndicate which operates across the country. But those arrested so far are members of a seven-member gang which operational base is the South-west zone. There are other groups which operate in other zones in the country. The South-west group is headed by an Ibadan-based woman simply identified as Iya Ibo,”Sunday Sun was informed.
Although the Ghanaian pastor denied knowing the group, his denial appears not to hold water as it was gathered that the host pastor was able to identify two of the suspects to include those who claimed to have received miracles under the ministration of the Ghanaian pastor. “One of the two men arrested was said to have been recognized by the host pastor as the one who came to the crusade with POP around his neck, which the Ghanaian pastor pulled off and got healed after he was prayed for. And again one of the women was identified as the one whom the pastor brought out from the congregation and revealed so many things about her which she also affirmed as true during the programme. One of the things he said about the woman is that her husband deserted her over three years ago, a claim the woman said was true. He later prophesied that her husband would return soon.”
Revealing their mode of operation, the suspects reportedly said besides staging and being recipients of fake miracles, they also tried to get information about people, their problem and gave to their principals who would later relate to them during service as if he was seeing visions or receiving revelation from God.
As at the last count no fewer than names of 10 persons who claimed to be men of God had been mentioned. But a police source informed Sunday Sun that the police are still on the trail of other suspects while investigation concerning pastors involved is still ongoing. “Cases such as this one require extreme caution. That is why we are being meticulous about those pastors that have been mentioned so far but I can assure you that thorough investigation will be done on the case,” the source disclosed.

The horrific aftermath of Boko Haram massacre on Nigerian villages: Before and after satellite images lay bare destruction caused by militants in attack that killed 2,500 people

  • Infra-red satellite images show destruction of 'densely populated' towns
  • One witness says terrorists shot and killed a woman who was in labour
  • Estimated 2,500 people killed, and more than 3,700 structures were razed
  • Extremist group, Boko Haram, decimated towns of Baga and Doron Baga
  • One of the towns 'nearly wiped off the map', says Amnesty International
  • Survivors describe fleeing over dead bodies of people 'killed like insects'

The destruction wreaked by Islamist militants in Nigeria when they slaughtered an estimated 2,500 people including a woman while she was in labour has been revealed in shocking new satellite images.
Terror group Boko Haram outraged the world last week when they indiscriminately murdered innocent men, women and children as they attacked the towns of Baga and Doron Baga.
Now, new images obtained by Amnesty International show how the towns were devastated by the assault - with more than 3,700 structures including houses and schools completely destroyed.

In the pictures taken beforehand, the areas in red show buildings and trees in the densely packed towns in the north of the country.
But in the pictures taken after the massacre, they have been decimated and the infra-red satellite images instead reveal grey areas where the militants savagely razed the towns.
The destruction shown in these images matches the horrific stories from eyewitnesses revealing how Boko Haram militants shot hundreds of civilians in cold blood.
One witness described how the ruthless terror group were shooting indiscriminately, killing even small children and a woman who was in labour.
He added: 'Half of the baby boy is out and she died like this.'
Ibrahim Gambo, a 25-year-old truck driver, survived the relentless attack in Baga but he still doesn't know if his wife and daughter are safe.
He said: 'As we were running for our lives, we came across many corpses, both men and women, and even children.
'Some had gunshot wounds in the head and some had their legs bound and hands tied behind their backs.'
Yahaya Takakumi, a 55-year-old farmer, revealed to Nigeria's Premium Times how he managed to flee Baga with one of his wives - but does not know if his four children, his second wife or his elder brother managed to escape.

He said: 'We saw dead bodies especially, on the islands of Lake Chad where fishermen had settled. Several persons were killed there like insects.'
Mr Takakumi said the Islamic extremists opened fire on vessels carrying fleeing residents across the lake.
Daniel Eyre, Nigeria researcher for Amnesty International, said this was the 'largest and most destructive' Boko Haram assault his organisation has ever analysed.
He added: 'These detailed images show devastation of catastrophic proportions in two towns, one of which was almost wiped off the map in the space of four days.
'It represents a deliberate attack on civilians whose homes, clinics and schools are now burnt out ruins.

Experts have estimated the brutal assault killed more than 2,000 people with reports of locals running over dead bodies to escape the carnage.
Another survivor - a man in his fifties - told Amnesty: 'They killed so many people. I saw maybe around 100 killed at that time in Baga. I ran to the bush. As we were running, they were shooting and killing.'
He hid in the bush and was later discovered by Boko Haram fighters, who detained him in Doron Baga for four days.
Those who fled describe seeing many more corpses in the surrounding bush area, and one woman said: 'I don't know how many, but there were bodies everywhere we looked.'
In Baga, a densely populated town less than two square kilometres in size, approximately 620 structures were damaged or completely destroyed by fire.
And in Doron Baga, more than 3,100 structures were damaged or destroyed by fire that ravaged most of the four square kilometre town.
Mr Eyre added: 'This week, Nigeria's Director of Defence Information stated that the number of people killed in Baga, including Boko Haram fighters, 'has so far not exceeded about 150'.
'These images, together with the stories of those who survived the attack, suggest that the final death toll could be much higher than this figure.'
Boko Haram fighters have repeatedly targeted communities for their perceived collaboration with the security forces.
Thousands of people have fled the violence across the border to Chad and to other parts of Nigeria.
Many of the wooden fishing boats along the shoreline, visible in the images taken on January 2, are no longer present in January 7 images - tallying with eye witnesses' testimony that desperate residents fled by boat across Lake Chad.
Amnesty are calling on Boko Haram to stop killing civilians. They insist the deliberate slaughter of of civilians and destruction of their property by Boko Haram are war crimes and crimes against humanity and must be duly investigated.
They are calling for the Nigerian government should take all possible legal steps to restore security in the north-east and ensure protections of civilians.
Boko Haram drew international condemnation when its fighters kidnapped 276 schoolgirls from a boarding school in north-east Chibok last year. Dozens escaped, but 219 remain missing.

Boko Haram - which means 'Western education is forbidden' - have risen in prominence in recent years with their brutal bloodlust and indiscriminate murder in Nigeria.
The Islamist insurgent group are believed to have existed in various forms since the late 1990s, and claim to have approximately 9,000 fighters in their ranks.
They seek to overthrow the current Nigerian government and replace it with a regime based on Islamic law.
In recent years, they have declared an allegiance with Al Qaeda and said they support their murderous global campaign.
Their leader is a man called Abubakar Shekau, who has been described as a 'gangster' and a 'loner'. He recently appeared in a video praising the terrorists who carried out the slaughter of 17 innocent people in Paris.
Under Shekau’s leadership, Boko Haram has continually targeted young children. In April 2014, Boko Haram kidnapped close to 300 girls from their school in northern Nigeria.
By the beginning of thisyear, Boko Haram controlled towns and villages across an estimated are of about 20,000 square miles, in the north of Nigeria.
They are also believed to have terror cells operating in other countries across the African continent, including Cameroon, Niger and Chad.
The Nigerian army has struggled to contain their movements as they increase their grip on the region and continue their murderous campaign which has caused an estimated 1.5million people to flee the region.
The group has been declared a terrorist organisation by the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United Nations Security Council.

BREAKING NEWS: 27 fire crews battling three major blazes started within minutes of each other in 'arson attack with gas canisters' on cottage, funeral parlour and council offices in Oxfordshire village

Fire crews are tackling a fire at the council offices in South Oxfordshire this morning - one of three fires in the county started within minutes of each other in suspected arson attacks

  • Fire crews were called out to three major blazes in South Oxfordshire and are still battling the flames this morning
  • The fires were started at council offices, funeral parlour and a cottage nearby in a suspected arson attack
  • Funeral director worker claims he was told someone 'threw a gas canister into funeral parlour' and then set it on fire
  • Car loaded with gas canisters was driven into the council building before it was ignited, it has been reported
  • Oxfordshire Fire Service said at its peak 27 fire crews were battling fires which occurred within a 'very short time'
  • Witnesses said they saw flames reaching 60ft high coming from the building and that council roof had now caved in
  • A 47-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the three blazes and is in custody
  • No one has been injured but Thames Valley Police said buildings are being investigated to see if structures are safe
  • Howard Chadwick Funeral Service confirmed no bodies had been damaged and funerals will still go ahead today
  • Dozens of fire fighters are tackling three major fires in South Oxfordshire in suspected arson attacks.
Crews were called to the blazes at council offices, a cottage and a funeral parlour in the early hours of this morning. A car, loaded with gas canisters, is believed to have crashed into the offices which have been left 'decimated' by the fire.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said at the peak of the incidents a total of a 27 fire crews from Oxfordshire and Berkshire were tackling the blazes, which all occurred 'within a very short time frame.' Witnesses reported seeing flames 60ft high coming from the council building.
A 47-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the three fires and is currently in police custody.

Fire crews are tackling a fire at the council offices in South Oxfordshire this morning - one of three fires in the county started within minutes of each other in suspected arson attacks
Crews have been trying to put out the flames at the council offices for almost eight hours and flames were still seen lapping at the inside of the building at 11am today.
Neil Cox, 73, funeral director at Howard Chadwick Funeral Service, said he heard at noise at about 3am and then saw a car drive away quickly.
He said: 'The offices of the funeral home were on fire, so I phoned the owner Howard, called the fire service and we tried putting it out with fire extinguishers.
'My understanding is they broke the window in the front door, popped the cap off a gas canister and threw a match in there.'
Workers said they believe the funeral parlour, which is next door to the council, was probably set alight in error because people presumed the building was part of the council site. They confirmed that the fire was quickly brought under control and no bodies had been damaged

At its height 27 separate crews were battling the three major fires in south Oxfordshire, including at the district council offices (pictured)
The three fires were started within close proximity of each other and all within 10 minutes, with the council offices left a charred shell
The three fires were started within close proximity of each other and all within 10 minutes, with the council offices left a charred shell
Police were also called to the fires and have advised drivers to stay away from roads nearby.
A spokeswoman confirmed there had been no reports of anyone injured.
The fires were started within quick succession of each other at the three separate sites.
Firefighters received a call about a fire at a cottage in Roke Marsh at 3.11am and 10 crews were sent to the scene. Then nine minutes later four crews were sent to battle a blaze at a funeral parlour in Marsh Lane.
Just seconds later a call was received to South Oxfordshire District Council's offices at Crowmarsh Gifford, next to the council offices. Thirteen crews  from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service, attended the incident.
Adam Beasley told Sky News: 'Earlier on I spoke to my mate, who runs the funeral business. I could see the damage to his business, and the council offices are not looking too good either.
'My mother said it was like a bomb, then very quickly the police were on the scene, and fire engines followed soon after.
'In photos you can see a car which was parked up in the foyer. It's plainly an attack involving gas canisters, which would be like a bomb going off when it exploded.'
He said he thought the fire at the funeral parlour was 'mistaken identity', with someone having believed it was part of the council. But he could not understand why the house, a few miles away, had been attacked.
'Fortunately it's just the offices (at the funeral parlour), it's where the customers are met and greeted, so the hearses are fine. They've got a couple of funerals today that are still going ahead as planned.'
There are still flames coming from inside the council building, and most of it has been left as a charred shell with all windows blown out.
Firefighters are still trying to control the blaze at the council offices, after a funeral parlour next door to the building was also set alight

In a statement Thames Valley Police said: 'Officers were called at 3.24am to Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford where a fire was reported at South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) building and another at a nearby commercial property. At 3.41am officers were called to a third fire at a property in Quakers Corner, Roke Marsh.
'At this stage the police investigation is focussing on all three fires being linked and are believed to be suspicious.
'It is believed that a vehicle collided with the SODC building prior to the fire.
'There are cordons in place at all three locations and residents and motorists are asked to avoid these areas.
'Nobody has been reported injured at this time as a result of these fires, however following these fires the structures of the buildings affected are being examined for safety.
'A 47-year-old local man has been arrested on suspicion of arson and is currently in custody.'
John Cotton, leader of South Oxfordshire District Council, said that emergency services such as for helping people who are homeless will still be available today. He told Sky News: 'In the coming couple of days the rest of our services will come back as our contingency plans kick in.'
Neighbouring councils have been offering support and staff are believed to be working from home where possible.
