Instagram boss Dan Bilzerian Sued Roof-Tossed Porn Star ... He Should've Known I Can't Fly

She says the porn star-pool toss was suggested by Bilzerian and Hustler -- and she was assured it would be safe. She says they should've known she didn't have the skills to pull off the stunt ... based on her "experiences and qualifications." Translation: porn stars can't fly, dummy.

According to the suit, after the stunt went awry ... she was offered booze to ease her pain. She doesn't say if she accepted.

Afterward, Janice says she reached out to Bilzerian and his attorney -- and got back a letter from them she calls "unprofessional." Gotta say ... It was a pretty epic retort.

Bilzerian got sued last week by a chick he kicked in LIV Nightclub in Miami.

Janice is suing for unspecified damages and lost wages. Apparently the broken-foot-fetish market isn't booming.



Dan Bilzerian's ostentatious lifestyle could bite him in the ass ... because the woman he kicked in the face is now gunning for punitive damages based on his income. 

TMZ broke the story ... model Vanessa Castano is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face Saturday night at a Miami nightclub.

We're told in her lawsuit she is demanding $1 million to settle. Vanessa's argument is simple ... if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.

Dan has famously flaunted his wealth. He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him. He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament.

And he loves Instagramming his fleet of jets, cars, boats and other toys.

This kick in the face could end up being a bigger kick in the face to him.

Milan police said they had no choice but to remove this billboard and similar ones after drivers who ply the road and residents in the area formally complained to police, saying that the ads which features sexy models in lingerie were too distracting and threatening their safety.

This particular billboard which features 30-year-old Argentinian-born model and presenter Belén Rodríguez modeling Italian underwear brand was the one most residents wanted removed first! Its since been taken down

Uganda killer Maid Sentenced To 4 years In Prison For Abusing Toddler

Jolly Tumuhiirwe, the Ugandan maid whose abuse of a toddler was caught on camera-in a case that shocked the whole world- has been sentenced to four years in prison.
The shocking video which shows the maid abusing the 18-month old child by kicking, hitting, punching. stamping etc sparked world wide outrage after it went viral.
The 22-year-old maid originally pleaded guilty last week to torture, but later the charge was reduced to abuse, to which she also pleaded guilty to on Friday.
Tumuhiirwe on Monday remained apparently emotionless as her sentence was handed down in a court in Kampala.
Chief Magistrate Lillian Buchan told Tumuhiirwe she had committed an ‘unjustifiable and inexcusable’ crime.
She gave her a four-year sentence due to the ‘ruthlessness exhibited’ on an ‘innocent, helpless child.’
On Friday, she said the attack was revenge after she was beaten by the child’s mother.

The mother denied beating her. Earlier charges of torture were dropped.

The video footage, which prompted the case, came from a camera the child’s father, Eric Kamanzi, had installed in his home after noticing his daughter was bruised and limping.

He reported the abuse to police last month and circulated the video online to family members. The footage was later shared more widely, provoking horror and upset internationally.

After the sentencing, Mr Kamanzi said: 

“It’s not for us to decide the punishment for what she committed”.
“We hope this has set an example for other maids out there, that you can’t just go to someone’s house and torture their baby and expect to walk out,” AFP reports

Police have recommended that parents do background checks with friends, neighbours, local police, council and previous employers before taking on nannies or maids given these responsibilities.
