Aqsa Carvalho, 26, was found with the Czech-made military weapon capable of firing more than 850 rounds-a-minute buried in her underwear drawer by police.
A Makarov self-loading pistol, a revolver and a box of ammunition were also found stashed in the cupboard.
Officers had raided her home in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, as part of an investigation into cocaine dealing.
Carvalho denied the charges but was jailed for 17 years at Kingston Crown Court after being found guilty of three counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
