Freeway and Beanie Sigel Praise Jay-Z

During a recent interview with Montreality,Freeway says that he still has love for his former boss Jay-Z and that Hova still supports him. The Philly rapper also said that he wishes to work with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nas and Kendrick Lamar before he puts down the mic.

"That's the big homie," he said about Jigga. "Supports me 100 percent. Jay was one of my favorite artists anyway, even before I signed."

Aside from Jay, there are other artists he admires and hopes to collaborate with soon.

"I've been in the game for a minute, I haven't gotten a chance to work with Dre," he said. "Definitely want to do with Dre and Em. I want to do something with Kendrick Lamar. He's an artist who challenged the game and came with something different. I want to work with Nas, before it's all said and done."

Freeway's former label mate, Beanie Sigel also spoke out recently about Jay-Z, whom he had a highly-publicized falling out with back in 2009.

"We had a litte misunderstanding," he explained during an interview with Power 95.3. "[It was a] situation where I couldn't get to him, so I had to via emceeing. And that was it. At the end of the day, Jay, that's my brother, and will forever be my brother."

Freeway and Beanie Sigel were the faces of Roc-A-Fella in the early 2000's and were the lyrical assassins Hova would go to when the God Emcee would still engage in a beef or two.

Times have changed and Jay is busy with his new label, Roc Nation, and the artists on it, including J. Cole and Rita Ora.
